After having a less than lovely experience with another company we asked the highly-recommended repair shop whom they would use for towing and they told us they work with Fort Union, so we gave them a call and scheduled the tow. Our driver was awesome!! We had recently towed the car to our home using another company and there was NO comparison. This driver did the work in about 1/10th the time, was on time, courteous, explained everything to me, and was gone and on the way to the shop very quickly! I wish I knew his name, he was SO GREAT!!!! I will use them again and tell everyone I know that this is an honest and professional company!!

I was in town from out-of-state looking for apartments to rent last week, and my alternator went out in a parking lot. He not only towed my car, but he also helped me find a local mechanic shop that could get take my car on a Friday afternoon. Fort Union has extremely reasonable towing prices and were able to quickly tow my car. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are needing an emergency tow in Salt Lake County, this is the company to use! If I ever find myself stranded again, they will be my first call.

Towed my car illegally owner covered himself from responsibility of it and was helpful in which direction to go in pursuit of getting reimbursed the cost helped fix undercarriage splash guard that was damaged prior to towing but the towing increased the severity of it most tow companies would have said thats not our fault and done nothing he helped put the car on ramps and zip tie the splash guard back up better than it was previously

I was supposed to have a truck in under an hour, 3.5 hours later, after I called them multiple times, I called to cancel the truck. They never called me to say the truck was running late, or give any updates. Its extremely frustrating when I could have called someone else from the beginning if they were going to take 3.5 hours and I had to wait in 100deg weather.

Super friendly, on time. I feel he went above and beyond. Fort Union Towing was actually my 4th choice that day, but you can bet they’ll be my 1st the next time. Highly recommended. Thank you for helping me out when I was in need. 5 Stars!!

Called them after another tow company wanted to reschedule. They charged way less than others quoted. Arrived quickly at dealership and brought car back to our home. We will need another tow to get car back to dealership (need to save up for the repair). We mostly certainly will be using them when that time arrives. Highly recommend for the Fast, Friendly, and honest pricing!!!
