We applied online for the loan and they were able to get us in the same day. The ladies here were very nice and worked with us to get us the money we needed. They really cared about us and explained everything in the contract. A lot of other places don’t explain things/charges well but that was not the case here. Excellent customer service! The employees at Money Tree Finance in Midvale are not customer friendly in any way, shape, or manner.Although I have been using their services for over 20 years, today, I was treated with rudeness, disdain and contempt for asking the manager to apply a little common sense to resolve a minor issue with a customer.But the manager has no concept nor desire to work with or to assist customers and I will NEVER go back to Money Tree finance in Midvale, Utah again.I worked closely with Christie Wheeler (former manger of Money Tree Finance) and I know she would be turning in her grave at how her customers have been treated!NEVER GO TO MONEY TREE FINANCE!!!
