Horrible customer service. They are really nice when given money however they will mess up on your tax and blame you for not providing them enough information ….. they never asked for it and are blaming me as a customer. I waited 5 months after the time they said my tax would come in …….. kept calling for updates which they did not want to check or see and recommended I call IRS…. The worst customer service . Don’t go there…. Not even worth 40 dollars for service they do…..

We have been going to Luisa for years and she is great at what she does. We love her and all she has done for us she goes over and beyond her job to help you. I highly recommend her to do your taxes!!!

They stoled my boyfriend identity and the irs says he need an ip PIN number to do his taxes this year how wird cuz he didn’t need an ip pin last year, also the irs said they send that number to their address I called and they acted like they didn’t know, I’ve been trying to get in contact with luisa but she won’t respond they give me all this dumb excuses,

These people are scammers, I cant believe they take advantage of it, so people charge according to the case if you are single with you depend without you depend, if you only have a wana w2 or two. No, there really are places that offer you better cerbice.If they want to give away money, better donate to public benefits.
