We got the same preparer that we had two years ago. She was great then as she was great again this time. We were happy to hear that she has since been promoted to an area/region manager, which in my opinion was a great move for Jackson Hewitt. She is awesome!Clean office + under 10 min waiting time (and no appointment) + great service = 5 STARS.
