We paid off our balance with them months ago. And money is still being taken out. We have talked to them and they said it wouldnt happen again it was a computer glitch. Ya taking 2 payments out of my account for a balance I owe isnt a glitch thats taking my money. Very very unhappy. Dont ever get through them unless you want to keep paying them money after you paid them off.

The website is easy to navigate and easy to use, but as you would naturally would like to review your loan or account, the information is not available. For installment loans, I have not found a way to look at my current loan and see the history of payments made. Nor can you look at your account and see banking information easily. These are things that you can do with a credit card website but is not available on the Check City website.

Midvale store on State street is where I go the employees there our so nice and professional would recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service here is great! They accommodate to multiple languages. Their interest rates though are extremely high so be sure you pay back any borrowed money as quick as possible. Last time I borrowed money from them their interest rate was 426%.

Worst customer service experience. I would never use them again.Edit* Ive decided to expand my reason as to why I was very dissatisfied. I was contacted by the customer satisfaction director to ask me why I was dissatisfied so its obvious that my review needs more details.The Check City website advertises that they accept Personal Checks and Out of State checks. I did not know this at the time, but Ive done this before at other places similar to check city. I went to them to cash an out-of-state personal check for an emergency reason, being as my bank is not located locally. Everything was going smoothly until several minutes passed and I was told that they do not accept out of state checks.I was given several excuses. First it was because of my checks address, then about my residency (I have an apartment in Midvale), and then about my Idaho license. I didnt argue because I was in a hurry, and eventually I got it cashed elsewhere without being considered a criminal for trying to cash out a check and having an Idaho license.Like Ive stated: a customer satisfaction director is looking at this. It will not affect me whether or not it gets corrected, but I do hope it gets corrected in case anyone is in a similar situation to mine.

I have moved my business to this location because of the wonderful manager! She is so great to work with and seems to be looking out for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend this location! Wonderful customer service!

UPDATE: After being contact by Rachel at Check City Ive been informed that they have repaired their ATM machine since my last visit.------ORIGINAL REVIEW: Each time I would go in to use their ATM service to get a cashiers check for my rent, their machine constantly was broken. The machine would act like it was going to pull out the amount i requested, but instead would deny the transaction even though the funds were available. After 3 tries this would cause my bank to assume fraud was being made on my card and lock my bank account. The staff instead told me to try going to the store on Fort Union. I havent gone back to this location since this occurred in mid 2017.
