Sego Lily is one of my very favorite spas! I love that the actual spa is so private, quiet, and calm. The music, the lighting, the meditation room, and the overall ambiance of the space really help get you into a place of mental calm so you can fully enjoy your time there. I have received many massages here, and all but once they have been amazing! The one time it wasn’t a great experience, they went out of their way to make it right, which I appreciated so much! I also can’t say enough wonderful things about the women’s changing area. The plush robes and slippers you are given to wear, the lockers they provide, the showers and sauna, and the plethora of products they have available to help you tidy up and be ready to head back out of the spa after receiving your services, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience. I love coming to Sego Lily, and I’m sure I’ll be back many more times!

I haven’t been to a spa this luxurious EVER (well, maybe that one place in Peru- they were EPIC!) The Massage artist hit every spot perfectly. The showers were incredibly strong- hot and rejuvenating— the meditation room was soothing with a fireplace and tea- and I came away SO relaxed and refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of the week! In fact I was so destressed I tackled snowshoeing up Cottonwood canyon the next morning!

My favorite spa in the valley. So luxurious and relaxing. Ive tried their massages, facials and pedicures. All very worthy. Ive yet to have a bad experience. This Midvale location is the only one Ive been to. I highly recommend it. All the girls here are wonderful to work with.

I called to book a massage, facial and pedicure for my birthday. I was able to book a massage and a facial and they were going to call me back to see if I someone would stay late to do my pedicure. Well I get a call back that they couldn’t and that they also gave me facial appointment away because Heidi had a request. Horrible customer service. I even got a text saying my appointment had been made and they just gave it away.

Great snacks but low quality. Thought I was in nail school 101 again. No French pedi available because my gal “just doesn’t do that”. Product is cool but at least the other nail tech said “it’s not on the menu”. More professional answer. Came in as a gals day but I sat alone as my bestie received quality and I received rushed service. Not spa quality. Sego lily is great for atmosphere but poor pedicures. I will DIY AT HOME. Make it memorable not something you want to forget. My tech left with absolute minimal work and I had to have someone prepping another station take photos of us at the spa.

My 1st visit wasnt the best experience, but my second one was magnificent. I truly appreciated how my therapist was mindful of my needs and allowed me to just relax in peace. I look forward to my next session in October.

My husband and I received a gift certificate from our daughter for Sego Lilly for $300 worth of services . However, when we tried to book an appointment- for that amount apparently we could only book a 50 min couples massage. But they told us we were also entitled to enjoy their fireplace ( in middle of summer ) and a hot soak.We came used the certificate, left a $50 tip and decided to never come back since the place was such a rip off .Few months later they kept text us and calling up, telling us we made another appointment. My husband called back and said that we did not make appointment. That was ignored and on the day of ‘the appointment’, I was left a message saying that because we did not show up, they will charge our card . Several phone calls back and forth, they eventually figured the issue out but still sent us text messages saying thank you for coming and using their massage services for the day of ‘’the appointment’ we never made. I would not recommend this place .

This is my favorite spa ever! The space feels decadent and luxurious. I love the combined service package options as they are amazing. I would absolutely recommend for any spa service.

Sego Lily is such a peaceful, lovely spa. The massages and pedicure Ive had have been great! Ive been to the Midvale location a handful of times and the Bountiful location once when I lived in North Salt Lake. I like the Midvale location a tiny bit more because its bigger and can accommodate extra amenities like a steam room and dry sauna but the service at both locations was great.

39 weeks pregnant and just got a maternity massage from Lauren. One of the best massages ever, it’s my third maternity massage I have gotten and I wish all three were from her (not just talented but also really kind). First time visiting Sego Lily Spa and loved it so much this might be my massage home.

We booked a 90 minute couples massage for July 15th at 3:00 and somehow they miss scheduled it for June 15th. When I called them to have them correct it, our 3:00 massage somehow got changed to 2:30. We had it in our calendar for 3:00 so we missed the first 30 minutes of the massage. On top of that, our couples massage was not a couples massage, the only thing “couples” about it was that they put us in a couple of separate rooms. My husbands masseurs stopped the massage at the 1 hour mark, which was really only 30 minutes because we were late due to them changing our time, and said he was finished. My husband had to remind him that it was supposed to be a 90 minute massage. I understand that every masseurs has their own technique but it seems that everything happened to go wrong because on a scale of 1-10 it was maybe a 4. It could have been partly due to being placed in separate rooms, starting late, stopping in the middle of it, or that the technique was just off.We’ve been to Sego Lily several times and had a good experience, but for the price we paid and the bad service we will think twice about coming back.

I loved my experience at Sego Lily from start to finish. Upon entry, the entire receptionist team was very warm and welcoming. They were also extremely professional and communicated the spas COVID policies clearly. The locker room and waiting area was clean and relaxing. My massage was great, too! The service provider was very knowledgeable and was able to personalize my service based on where my back pain was. In general, the staffs kindness and professionalism created a positive environment that I will surely visit again soon.

Yesterday was my first time at Sego Lily Spa in Midvale & I have nothing but wonderful things to say! I got the Organic 90 min facial done by Carol Coleman and she was AMAZING! I’ll definitely be coming back to Carol for a facial in the near future. Thanks Carol!

This place was amazing. One of the best massages Ive ever had. I get 3 to 6 massages a year so Im not new to the party. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. Dim lighting, soft music, perfectly scented.I got the one hour massage with a honey body spray exfoliant and would do it again.Ask for Colby, he was truly one of the best. I dont doubt they other masseuses are just as amazing but i would recommend him.This place is definitely going to get another visit.

This is my wife’s favorite local spa in Salt Lake City. Their spa lounge could be more comfortable and decorated but their staff has always been friendly, professional and responsive to our requests. They have 2 couples massage rooms that are very nice and were well stocked with cider and chocolates before COVID.

I go here about once a month, or once every two months and the service is always outstanding. Every massage professional that has worked on me has been extremely kind, welcoming and professional. They go out of their way to ensure that your experience is nothing less than perfect. I would highly recommend this location.

I never write bad reviews, but my husband made an appointment for 12:30, and was told to be there at 12:15 and got confirmation for 12:15. I arrived at 12:15 and checked in, then waited for 45 mins. I checked in with the desk and they said my appointment was for 1:50. They got the manager, Marianne, who refused to refund the charge (my husband had prepaid) and couldnt tell me why no one had said anything about me being there almost 2 hours early. We have loved this spa in the past but today was very disappointing.

My wife and I have been going to Sega Lily Spa for nearly five years and have always enjoyed the experience - that all changed yesterday. My wife purchased a 90 minute massage for my birthday, I arrived 45 minutes early to enjoy the sauna and shower only to find that they had both been shut down due to covid-19 - that information was never conveyed to my wife and had she known that would had looked elsewhere for the full spa experience. My therapist was kind, however she lacked any kind of skill that one would expect at a day spa like Sego Lily. My massage room had an incredibly noise fan/vent directly overhead that nearly drown out the music - I found it difficult to relax. With that I felt that the experience was really just a loss and I asked that the session be ended. I was given 15% off and only charged for a 60 minute massage (although mine was not quite an hr long). I paid, left and that has been the end of it. No one has attempted to reach out to either me or my wife about our experience and that has been equally disappointing. Will not go back.

I only go about once a year, but I have always loved this place and have gone for years. However, I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I left in tears today, after I have saved for months to treat myself to a relaxing day. I have a hard time thinking that they would have treated me this same way if I were a white women who looked more upscale.My facial was amazing, I was so relaxed when it came time to check out. But once I reached the reception area, I have never felt so low and treated so rudely in my life. I had received an email for 20% off and read the print and it said to book online, but I decided to call mainly because my phone wasnt working well as I tried to book the appointment. No where on the email did it say that you cannot book on Saturday, so I had no idea.When I called on Friday, I decided to see if they had an opening on Saturday and they did. So I booked it. The following morning as soon as they opened at 8 am I called, because I had realized I didnt mention the 20 percent off and wanted to make sure that would be ok. The lady I spoke with had put me on hold to clarify about the coupon and came back on and said since my appointment was today that they would honor it, but couldnt do it again. I thanked her and said I understood.After my facial, when it came time for me to pay, another receptionist rang me up and I brought up the coupon they were going to honor. She called her manager and after that phone call the receptionist once again said ok, they would honor but they couldnt do it again. I said thank you. Within a minute I could tell another receptionist was talking about me to her boss on the phone because she was saying that she booked my appointment yesterday and I never mentioned the coupon. This was the first time I was made to feel very little because it seemed like they were implying I was being dishonest. Immediately after the manager comes in very aggressive and looks me in the face and tells me because I didnt mention the coupon when I booked they cannot honor it. Even though, they literally just told me they would for the second time.I explained to her that this why I called this morning, and was told that they would. Then a third receptionist jumped in and very snotty said, I was the one you spoke with and I told you thay we could not honor it because it was a Saturday, and then she returned to help the customer she was working with. Mind you, this was all happening with several people in line, around and listening. The manager went on to say that she was listening to the stories of her employees.I finally explained that now I am feeling as though they are calling me a liar and I didnt appreciate her aggression towards me (her tone was very rude). At this point I am in tears because of the fact that I now had 4 people people basically looking down on me over this 20% misunderstanding.The manager didnt like that I stated that I felt basically attacked so she again stated that they would now honor the 20% off coupon. And that they would throw in another 20% coupon for my next booking. At this point all I wanted to do was leave. I was completely embarrassed and felt completely belittled. I will not be returning to a place that will openly embarrass them in front of other customers.After reading the reply from the owner, they clearly do not care about certain types customers, meaning Hispanic women. For them to blame situations on their own customers.

After having made my reservation, I was a little skeptical that I would get my spa experience. I am pleased that I had misunderstood which amenities has been temporarily stopped. I got the Sego Sampler, and have already considered returning for a different service in the near future.

The service was terrible. I have a big long list that I have shared with them; but suffice it to say I will not be going back.

I’ve been to Sego Lily in Midvale several times and while the services are nice, the front desks is a nightmare. 3 of the 5 times I’ve been there or attempted to make an appointment there is an issue. They either don’t have my appointment, charge me wrong, or tell me one thing when I book to have it be something different when I pay. I was done going to this place the last time they “couldn’t find my appointment” but then I received an email for 20% off my service, I thought I would give them another chance. When I booked, I called the front desk and asked “if I book the Sego Lily Sampler and a Mini as an add on is it 20% off the total?” “Yes” they said. As I’m checking out today the woman at the desk answered the phone twice and charged me the full amount for the services. I called and told them that they had charged me incorrectly. I explained that I had used a $100 gift card my husband had gotten me and to let me know what the new total would be with the 20% off. They called me back telling me my gift card had a zero balance(yeah, because the first girl used it when she charged me incorrectly) when we got that figured out she proceeded to tell me that It was 20% off one service. So much for being relaxed after this! I’m DONE!This in no way reflects on the wonderful ladies that have provided spa services. They need new office management.

Why have I not done this before!? Great staff, great services, great feeling once it is all over, you feel refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated! Definitely going to come back.

What an amazing experience I had today. I had 90 min Deep Tissue Massage with Colby. I tend to get relaxing massages when I ask for Deep Tissue when I go to Spas, however this was the best of both worlds. Colby has an incredible way of giving the deep pressure but making it so relaxing. I will definitely be back and asking for him when I do!

I have visited Sego Lily Spa several times and always have a wonderful experience. The changing room is clean and well organized, the meditation room is calm and relaxing. Im a big fan of their spa retreat packages, pairing a facial and a pedicure is a lovely self-care opportunity. Their massages are also great. The staff is also fantastic at making recommendations when it comes to skin care.

They had an error on their end that was super disappointing, but they fixed it really quick and handled it very well!

This is the ultimate massage EXPERIENCE location. I love it here. The moment you step in you feel more relaxed. Then, clad in a plush, soft robe you venture to the meditation room and sip on tea or hot cocoa while you curl up in front of the fireplace with a blanket and wait for your massage. The massage features so many details designed to comfort, relax, and keep you warm as you are massaged. It is simply heavenly. Ill never go anywhere else for a massage. Not to mention the steam room and sauna you can visit before or after your massage. Like I said, I love it here! Thank you Sego Lily!

Love, love, love Sego Lily. It’s by far the most relaxing and calming spa I’ve ever been to. The minute you walk through the big doors you start to feel the calmness. From the relaxation room to the couples suite, it’s so peaceful and beautiful. They never rush you to leave or try to sell you more products or services. They just do everything they can to ensure you have the best experience possible.

I am sorry I Know we are in a difficult time and everything is reduced as far as services are concerned however I cannot imagine why I just paid $100 for a pedicure and a hand treatment at sego Lily spa that is nowhere near the services I get from my local nail salon for $25!! no extra services I normally get a massage on my feet and hands hot stone treatment paraffin wax I didn’t get any of that and the nail polish They put on looks exactly the same color as they took off even though I asked for sparkly red!! Very disappointed!

I really love this spa! I’ve been going here since 2016. They have a beautiful waiting room. The robes are incredible comfortable. Their massage therapists are incredible. I wasn’t impressed with one of the treatments I received. I’m not one to complain, but I had paid good money for it. You know, you want to feel wowed after you walk away. Not the case. Actually it was so bad that I honestly had decided to never go there again. I talked to the manager and she was very easy to work with and gave me a redo. It was great customer service. And I walked away from that treatment and experience a loyal Sego Lily client.

I got $100 certificate for my birthday I went in and I waited sometime for my massage therapist to come and get me they only have one bathroom and because I am pregnant it wasn’t convenient for me. Once I got to the room the massage therapist was great but it was at 9:15 that she took me back and she stopped at 9:45 that is not a 60 minute massage that I got I feel like I got ripped off and the front desk was only giving me a couple dollars off if I only got 30 or 40 minute massage I should only have to be paying $50 I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming here they rip you off and I shouldn’t have to feel that way I am a pregnant woman that was really looking forward to a whole hour of massage and instead I was only getting a 30 or 40 minute massage

I don’t post reviews often. Only when I’m extremely impressed or extremely unimpressed. Today I was extremely unimpressed.I came with a group from work. Our appointments were set at least 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have the product for the Body Butter Drench, which is what the majority of us were scheduled for. They said they had someone out trying to get it, but they may or may not be able to do it. They offered a regular massage with an added service, which was ok. But really? It’s not like we scheduled last minute.They gave me my sandals and robe and when I put them on, I discovered one sandal was a small and one was a medium. Not the end of the world, but annoying having to walk out to the lobby in my robe to exchange it.When we got into the massage room, there was no music. After an awkward few minutes, I asked if there was music she could turn on to help cut the outside noise and voices. She told me the speakers didn’t work in that room. I’m fairly certain the music is part of the full experience and relaxation for most every person. But instead, I had an awkwardly music-less massage and could hear all the conversations, laughing, walking down the hall, etc the entire time. In addition, the body butter drench was more like someone just rubbing lotion on you, than it was a massage. Super disappointing. If I had been the person paying, I would most certainly have asked to be compensated or refunded. Quite honestly, I prefer Massage Envy. You know upfront it’s no frills rather than expecting a more upscale type of experience for twice the money, and being terribly disappointed.The only times I’ve been to Sego Lily is when someone has taken me or given me a gift card and that is most certainly the only way I’ll be back. I would not spend my money here.

From start to finish my experience last night was amazing! I loved the soaking tub, and my hot stone massage was WONDERFUL! All of the staff, from working directly with the manager, who was great to work with as well as my therapist that I will definitely come back and see, Ashley. Sego Lily provides an exemplary collection of products and services! They have a magical, spacious waiting space that is a great place to meditate or take time for yourself before or after your service. It yields a great ambience: it is dimly lit, accompanied by a fireplace, and filled with the tranquil sounds of falling water. They also provide refreshments. The womens and mens rooms have their own saunas, steam rooms, and showers, in which they provide many of the amenities you need. I have had the pleasant opportunity to receive multiple massages by Trisha, she is an amazing massage therapist. She is professional, courteous, and attentive to your needs. I have only heard wonderful things about the other professionals that work here as well. I highly recommend this space ❤️

This was my second treatment with Amanda, and while I really enjoyed my first encounter, the second one really sealed the deal. Her communication, pressure and technique is first class. Plus she’s a super sweet person and very easy to talk to. I can’t wait for the next time I go back because today was a rare moment in my massage history where I left actually feeling as if the treatment achieved when I went in for. A+

My overall experience was great! The reasoning for not giving five stars is because I booked the 60 min butter body drench massage, only to find out when I got in the room that they had me down for a classic massage. I was here visiting in Utah so was looking for something different for a massage so I was kind of bummed about that. The massage was great other than that.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff is very friendly, lovely atmosphere, great service. They take you back to get changed into a luxurious robe and sit in really nice waiting area. The massage was amazing. They don’t rush you out at all, they have complimentary sauna and steam rooms which was a great way to end my service. Will definitely go back!

I had Colby as a massage therapist. Within the first five minutes I could already tell this was going to be the best massage Ive ever had. Hes great with understanding anatomy and strong enough for an intense deep tissue but gentle enough for a relaxing massage. He used a lot of techniques to break through knots and loosen up muscles that have been tense for over ten years. I booked a follow up massage for myself and my husband before I left, which Ive never done with any other therapist.As far as the facility goes, I was really impressed. Its truly a spa. You start off with being handed flip flops and directed into a locker room where you have access to a locker, a great quality robe, and a towel. The locker room has a steam room and sauna to enjoy before or after massage. Then you get to go wait in the meditation room, complete with a fireplace a dim lighting before your massage. Its a much higher quality spa compared to the typical massage businesses around the Wasatch Front. I wont be going anywhere else from now on. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax or recover.

I really enjoyed my experience there, my masseuse was amazing, funny, and kind. I got a 90 minute classic massage, and added an enhancement to my massage. Ive only had like three massages in my life and that was by far the best one Ive had. I plan to go back and try out more services they offer. I highly recommend, this spa has many services to offer and I dont feel like Im rushed out of there.

An amazing experience every time. The entire spa is very clean and beautiful. Every single time my massage has been phenomenal. The relaxation area is excellent for rewinding before and after your massage and the locker rooms are fully stocked, all making for a 5-star experience!

My wife and I spent 4 hours at Sego Lily Spa today for a couples spa day which included the normal robe and fancy prep stuff but also included a private couples suite with a fireplace and a couch...which was a game changer. Our experience started with the 30 minute relaxation period by the main fireplace in the greeting area inside the spa. From there we were led into our private couples suite and then we immediately entered the soaking tub together followed by our 90 minute couples massage. We also enjoyed some cinnamon apples and cheese and crackers. Finishing with a 30 minute cool down still in the couples suite by the fireplace inside. This was very private and romantic for the both of us. What a great time....

My husband booked us the Couples Suite Retreat for my birthday this last Saturday. It was so relaxing. The soaking tub was huge! We loved the cheese and cracker plate of goodies and sparkling cider. Our massage therapists were wonderful. I felt relaxed for the rest of the day and will definitely be back for more services.

Sego Lily will always be our go-to for massages! Every therapist weve had is absolutely incredible at pin pointing your specific needs for each massage. Our most recent visit was one of our favorite experiences of our marriage. We booked the couples retreat & it was so, so worth the money spent. The couples suite is an oasis of relaxation & rejuvenation. We will definitely be booking again soon.

I came to the Sego Lily Spa with 4 friends. We all commented right away that we loved the ambience of there.My massage therapist made me very comfortable and was more than happy to answer all my questions. She customized the massage to what I needed.After massages we relaxed, had a cup of tea by the fireplace, enjoyed the sauna and shopped the products in the lobby.We all agreed that from the moment we walked through the door until we left the service was perfect.The whole experience was spectacular! I absolutely LOVE this spa! I have had multiple services done here and have loved them all. A few of my favorite things about this spa are:1. I love the snack and the herbal tea that you get with the seasonal pedicure.2. I love their relaxation room! With the double sided fireplace. It is so comfy and cozy in there. And then of course the snacks they have in there are a plus.3. I love being able to put on a robe before getting the service done. It makes it that much more comfortable and spa like.4. The staff is always super friendly and professional. I like that they are waiting for you outside the door with a glass of water after your service is done.I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The spa experience was incredible. I had a 90 minute facial and I was in heaven. It was so relaxing. My facial included a foot massage and a back massage with exfoliation. My skin feels so soft and refreshed. I am definitely letting my friends know about this spa. I will be back!!!

Out of all the pampering there were only a few details I personally didnt care for. Ill share those privately. Atmosphere is perfection and the amenities very well thought out. The water walls and fireplace in the relaxation room take you right out of your mind and into pure relax. You could never leave the locker room and still leave this place with a smile. The soak and scrub were decadent and left me so very soft. The pedicure chairs are oversized and enveloping....so comfy. Definitely making this part of my be good to me regimen.

Phenomenal experience! Staff was polite and friendly, they actually listen to you when you tell them of areas that require special attention as well as areas to stay away from. The facility itself has a great ambiance as well as snacks and drinks! The locker room is well equipped with a steam room, shower, hygiene products and beauty products for both sexes. Wow wow wow. This is more than a massage or facial--its an experience and they pride themselves on that. The meditation room with snacks is so luxurious. Its nice to sit between or after treatments in your gigantic plush robe, next to the fire as you watch the 12+ foot water feature. The entire spa is quiet and serene from start to finish. Its amazing how inexpensive it is considering what youre getting! I understand you can get a cheaper massage but for a place that sells the experience, this is very inexpensive.Heated massage tables were a lovely touch.Facial was one of the best Id ever had.My only complaint was that the massage therapist didnt ask the pressure I like. I had to keep asking her to increase pressure until I finally gave up. Dont get me wrong--it was still an amazing massage. I just like it really deep so it wasnt quite my style.Definitely coming back

This is always my go to place for a great massage. It’s just peaceful being able to sit in the lounging area by the waterfalls. Plus after you’re done sitting in the sauna is great. Plus if you have a partner the couples massage is great and there’s a bath you can sit in together for a little extra. Ask for Lauren, I’ve been there a few times and she definitely has been the best massage I’ve had, she listened to everything I said I needed. I’ll probably always ask for her in the future.

Id booked a package for my Sister and I for her birthday. When we arrived for our appointment they had changed our appointment date without notifying me. They started out by telling me that I was wrong and Id booked for the following week. I told them that was incorrect as that day wouldnt have worked for us in the first place. They dug around in my file and said oh, actually, I had booked for today originally but I must have called and changed it. Again, I said this was incorrect, Id never called them to change the appointment. They looked in the file again and said oh, actually, they had needed to change the appointment and had called me to confirm. I had never received any call from them and told them they must be mistaken. Turns out, they had the wrong phone number on file. So TL;DR they changed my appointment without actually asking me and didnt do anything about it. We cancelled rather than rebook.

I always love going to this spa! The service is amazing and I always have the best experience! The spa is Very clean and peaceful. Locker rooms are very nice with a sauna and steam room. The meditation room is incredible! I always leave here rejuvenated and satisfied. They go out of their way to pamper and spoil you. Favorite services are the indulgent pedicure and signature facial.

Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent treatments! Prices are reasonable, on par with other quality day spas. I treated myself to a package with a soak, massage, body scrub, and seasonal pedicure. My experience was very smooth, from scheduling my appointment to checkout, and I’ve never been so relaxed and refreshed! Definitely the best spa in the valley!EDIT: I wrote this review right after my spa day. After three weeks, I can also say that the nail polish from my pedicure has held up remarkably well!

I just had the most awful customer experience. All of my experiences prior to today had been positive which was why I would purchase gift cards for friends and family here. I purchased $350 worth of gift cards on Black Friday from here and in return you receive a 60 min message and add-on bonus. I waited in line for over 40 minutes with my family waiting in the car on Black Friday. They hand out a “voucher” to redeem your massage after you purchase the gift cards. I booked my massage right after my purchase for later in the month. Fast forward: I come to my appointment for my massage and clearly I had missed the fact that I needed my voucher and if lost etc, there is absolutely no way for them to honor your complementary massage. The lady at the front desk today, although very apologetic, told me she could not honor the voucher without it in hand, that her manager was gone, AND that I would owe 50% of the massage service from today if I cancelled the massage. Even after showing her my credit card statement for the $350 at the spa on Black Friday, she still told me there was nothing she could do. I work in a line of service where we hand out vouchers. We often do have customers who forget their voucher, lose it, etc. However we try to work with them, including looking at their prior payments, tracking their purchases etc. This “black and white” response from them today left me in disbelief, especially when I have been a repeat customer there, referred friends there, bought numerous gift cards over time for friends, and my family buys me gift cards there too. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated and the service provided. I think if they are going to be so steadfast in their rule, then keep records of purchases from Black Friday. Ultimately when I went back to my car I found the voucher wedged on the side of my seat and returned it to them. I did not want my massage, just release from paying 50% of the service I never got from the day (which they said they would do). All said and done, after rushing there from work and already having a rough week, I left in tears. Sadly, I will need to find a new favorite spa.

I normally love this place but was disappointed with my latest experience. I called over a month ago to get an appointment on the Saturday before Mothers Day. They hadnt made the schedule yet and told me they would call me in a week or so. They just called me last week and told me they were too full to give me an appointment. I understand since this was Mothers Day weekend that it would be busy. Which is why I called so early. I wish they would have let me know sooner so I could have found another option.

I have received several spa treatments at this wonderful spa. The pedicures, massages, and facials are all lovely. The steam room is great and the relaxation room is fantastic. I always enjoy how clean and soft their robes are.The reason for my 4 star rating: I had eyelash extensions done here once, when my regular eyelash girl had an emergency and I was heading out of town and needed a fill (eyelashes: the new drug habit). This was the only service from this spa I wouldn’t have done again, and it was seriously overpriced for how poorly it was done. And not just to blame the technician - the room they gave her was faulty - the lamp kept falling and hitting me in the face! It was more comical than anything and I felt bad because the technician was very kind and seemed to be trying very hard.Eyelashes aside, I would compare them to a fancy Vegas salon. And conveniently located near my home. If you’re looking for a fancy salon experience in the Salt Lake Valley, this is it.

This place is a joke. I called at the end of December for a couples retreat package which was much needed after a stressful holiday month. All booked no availability through January. I asked for availability in February and apparently they cant actually book anything until they have the employee schedule (?????) so they put you on a waitlist.... I picked Valentines weekend since it was the next appropriate occasion and thought how perfect, I’m way ahead of the game. They said they would be calling a couple weeks later once the schedule was posted. I didn’t get a call for weeks so I called to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. I was ASSURED I was high enough that I would get in and not to worry. Then 2 weeks prior they call and tell me (unapologetically) they can only do one hour packages for Valentines and they “are all booked up.” No care in the world that they made me wait for over a month and then ruined my plans last minute so I have no chance of getting in anywhere else. Not interested in doing business with people like that I cancelled the whole thing. Thanks for nothing!! 👍🏼

My girlfriend and I tried their couples massage special, which included a soak in their spacious bath. Treats, and some cider was included while we relaxed. Then the massage came after, which was fantastic. The staff was friendly, clean bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms and waiting room include amenities. Loved every bit of it!

Very relaxing

Sublime, from start to finish. What a beautiful, clean tranquil facility. I had a 90 min. Facial with Adrian that was remarkable. She is a talented young woman who is very in tune with your needs and comfort. I then had the The Ultimate Body Cure with Ashley. She is very attentive, talented and made me feel SO comfortable. I LOVED my whole experience and will make it a mission to return to try other treatments.

Ive only been here 3 or 4 times, but it feels like such a treat every time Ive gone! The facility is amazing, so relaxing and nice. I loved arriving early before my treatments to spend some time in the steam room, and then relaxing by the fire after my treatments in the relaxation room. The relaxation room has plush, comfy furniture, soft blankets and low lighting which makes it feel incredibly cozy. And, of course, the services were amazing. Cant wait to go back!

They were clean, courteous, & professional. The locker room was comfortable and provided anything & everything you could need after taking a shower. The lounge area was very relaxing. The soak was so amazing, I highly recommend it to everyone! The message was literally so perfect! The masseuse really knew what she was doing. I felt like I was treated like royalty. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Thank you Sego Lily for the most relaxing day of my entire life. (Kid free 😂)

I have had regular massages for 20 years. Admittedly, Ive become a bit of a massage snob when it comes to critiquing massage therapists. I tend to be very sensitive to energy and, therefore, require more than just a technically sound massage. If a massage therapist is very skilled but carries negative energy, I am able to feel that energy and it results in a very unsatisfying massage. Yesterday, I visited Sego Lily Spa for my first time. The ambiance is so awesome. I was also pleasantly surprised by the massage. It was one of the most wonderful massages Ive ever had...pressure, technique and energy. I will most certainly be going back to visit Crystal at Sego Lily again and would highly recommend her to anyone. My only mild complaint would be that the music was so faint, I could hardly hear it during my soothing soak and massage. Having that a little louder would have definitely improved the ambiance. Overall though, it was a truly heavenly experience!!!

This place has been my favorite spa for years. Today especially, I want to give them a huge shout out for their Sparks of Light day, when they offered free services to cancer patients and their caretakers. I was so touched that they chose to offer their time and hard work, for free, to those who truly deserve a smile and a little pampering. :) This spa and the people who work there are quality people. Natalie did a great job on my pedicure, she was so kind and fun to talk to. Megan gave my Dad, who has terminal brain cancer, a much needed hour of relaxation through her gift of massage. Thank you to everyone at Sego Lily, for always being so wonderful!

This was the the first spa that I have ever been to that feels like a place of relaxation. The atmosphere inside is calming and cozy. I highly recommend arriving about 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the low lit waiting room stocked with fresh water, tea, and healthy snacks.

I received a Sego Lily giift card from my husband & what a wonderful experience to receive! Each employee, from reception to check out, made us feel welcome, informed & comfortable. I had such an incredible experience at Sego Lily from the moment I walked in to the minute I left. Cara Larson was my massage therapist, and she really has a gift. She is so professional and instantly makes you feel comfortable in her care, and honestly I have never felt more relaxed and rejuvenated. This spa is BEAUTIFUL!!! I had never been to this location & I was blown away! Definitely one of the nicest & most relaxing spas I have ever been to. Being in the beauty industry myself, Im extremely picky & this place is perfect. Wonderful atmosphere, delightful snacks, and Jenica gave me the most incredible pedicure. I love this spa!! I have been coming here for years for a variety of their services. Eyebrow wax & tint, eyelash tint, facials, massages — all great. I haven’t yet tried a pedicure, but it’s coming up. The products they use are high quality, including Eminence Organics and Rhonda Allison. The staff is courteous and the facility is so cozy. They have a complimentary dry sauna and steam room, free to use even if you’re there for only a $10 service. The waiting area is dimly lit with comfy chairs and blankets and a large fireplace. Free snacks while you wait — normally trail mix bars, hot chocolate, apple cider, and a variety of teas. The prices for their services are reasonably priced and often lower than booking at some other spas with lesser facilities. They also offer a 10% discount on your next service if you rebook after the service you’re there for, and 10-15% off a service for your birthday. My one criticism is that the steam room has only worked maybe 50% of the time I’ve been in for the past year. I really value being able to decompress from the day in the steam room before I go in for the massage, so this has been disappointing. I absolutely recommend this place.

My experience at Sego Lily was amazing. Riley was an amazing massage therapist. He helped me with my lower back problems and was very personable. I had originally planned on only coming for the one time, but I was so pleased I scheduled another appointment!! Fabulous! Five stars!!

I have been going to Sego Lily Spa for many years. Each experience has been relaxing and enjoyable. All of the spa professionals are great. Carols facials are amazing and Colby is one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered. The spa is beautiful and tranquil, making it easy to transition from every day life to pure bliss. I highly recommend Sego Lily!

Hands down, the best couples massage!! Make sure to go even earlier than they say because their accommodations are amazing!! You get to relax by a fire with dimmed lights and complimentary lemon water, tea and snacks. Not only do they provide a great environment but their staff is great as well. They are always making sure you are comfortable and getting exactly what you came for.

The lounge area has a relaxing and soothing ambience, with calming music in the background, water features and dimmed lighting. Every service I’ve received has been over the top and affordable! The facials are a must and definitely my favorite!

If you have never been treat yourself! The amenities are fantastic. The relaxation room is the best I have ever experienced and I have seen many. Lots of privacy and comfort. The staff are all great. I have tried many treatments and love them all. It is worth every penny

Highly satisfied with my experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you can forgot your stresses and carve out a few moments peace. The staff are courteous and efficient--just remember to book ahead as the Midvale location books out quickly. The womens dressing rooms are spacious and clean with a steam shower, dry sauna, and regular showers to further enhance your experience. The meditation room where you wait for your appointment to begin is also a comfortable place to begin relaxing. Mr. Johnson was my therapist and I received the best deep tissue massage to date. He was attentive to tight spots and absolutely professional in his draping. I appreciate the variety of massage techniques he applied to best suite my needs and comfort. The relaxing essential oils on the head rest and warm towels are icing on the cake. I felt like the cost was appropriate and well spent. It is also possible to add gratuity to your receipt--so you do not even have to stress about locating cash. I have only utilized the massage services but have heard excellent things regarding the other services available. Their website is informative and easily navigable for more details.

Wonderful day spa. Once you walk in the door, its subtle, quiet and beautiful. Every treatment room and area is gorgeous. Superb quality and professional service. Everyone is friendly, everything is spotless and a lovely ambiance. The pedicure room is to die for....quiet, oversize chairs with pillows and expert service.Facials & massages are wonderful. All the details in every treatment are looked after.Love it!!

This was the most beautiful spa! Also was my first time there! I felt so relaxed and comfortable! My massage was amazing and the service was top notch! Would recommend for sure! Already booked myself another one!! Im convinced every person needs to treat themselves to something this delightful every once in a while!!

The facility was beautiful and was very clean. The massage was also great. There were a few things that were really disappointing.1. I made the massage appointment weeks in advance for 12:50 pm and confirmed it multiple times with the receptionist. Two days before my massage, they called to confirm the time for the massage was at 11:50 am. When I asked what happened to the original time, the person confirming became agressive and ensured me they didnt change my time. It wasnt a huge deal, Im sure it was a miscommunication, but there was no need for the aggression.2. Going into the locker room, my mother- in-laws locker key wouldnt lock, once again, not a big deal, we just moved her belongings to another available locker.3. As we walked into the waiting room refreshments were available. After we had prepared our tea, we discovered the water heater had provided us with room temperature water.4. The steam room and sauna were not in operation. I enjoy heat after my massage. The steam room had a sign saying it was broken, and when I walked into the sauna it was maybe 75 degrees.I came for a spa experience. I can get a massage anywhere. Going to the Sego Lily Spa gave me an elegant room to sit in before my massage, a clean atmosphere, a good massage. But too many things werent in operation for me to really enjoy a true spa experience.

Ive had pedicures at a handful of places and this is by far the nicest one Ive been to! Sego Lily was so generous in providing spa services today for cancer patients and their caregivers. My 4 year old daughter (who has stage 4 cancer) and I were able to sit and enjoy a pedicure together. We loved it and hope to come back again on her birthday. Thank you!

My husband and I get a massage at least once a year. This time we wanted to try out Sego Lily, and I am incredibly happy that we did. We both had a wonderful experience.The staff was personable, professional & polite. The locker rooms were clean & well maintained.I was lucky enough to have Holly as my masseuse. She was fantastic. 😊I am 6 months pregnant & she took such great care of me, paying close attention to the areas I specified were giving me pain. She really listened to my needs & I felt very safe & comfortable.We both highly recommend Sego Lily Spa and I cant wait to go back closer to my due date.
