The owner was fast (she did it in a week!! everyone else I called to see if they could do it that quick made me sound crazy for asking!) and precise and was able to make my wedding dress fit perfect!! All I needed was a hem and she was so reasonable with price, I am SO happy with it and recommend this place 100%!

They altered my daughters wedding dress beautifully! You cant even tell that it has been done. They asked if we could pick it up in a week which was great with us, and it was completed in the timeline they gave us. The service was wonderful, they were very friendly. The store has great lighting and is clean. We are so happy and will continue to go here for our alteration needs.

Love this place. As a tall, skinny man its very difficult to find well fitted clothes. For some reason most clothes get wider as they get longer so getting shirts with long enough torso and sleeves means wearing a shirt you could fit 3 of me in. Having my nice clothes altered to better fit me has made a world of difference.

AMAZING! Took in a pair of ski pants that had a 6 inch rip in them that was also pretty wide, i can barely tell where they ripped. They look brand new. They were on schedule and reasonably priced. Will go back (if I rip more clothes).

Went here after stopping by a dry cleaners/tailor in same shopping plaza. The first place quoted me $45.00 to alter one pair of jeans, and it didnt look like they had a place for me to try on the jeans.I stopped at Elite Alterations to get a quote. I was quoted $44.21 (including tax) for two jeans. One needed hemming and tapering, and the other taking in the waist. The owner was very nice, had a small dressing room, and a space with a full length mirror to make sure things fit right. She even has a pair of shoes with heels you can use if you didnt bring any.The store is small, but its just right for her business.I tried on my jeans as soon as I got home (Im sure I could have tried them on there, but I didnt have time), and they fit great! You would never know they had been tailored, let alone something I picked up at Goodwill. Her prices were so great that I paid less than I would have for a brand new pair of jeans AND got them tailored to fit me.I will most certainly be using her again!! I highly recommend!

They helped me so quick and kind and fixed zipper of my deceased father in laws coat I like to wear to feel closer to him, and she did it within minutes and didnt charge me. I honestly cried with happiness after visiting because I have that comfort again and her kindness and generosity was amazing. I will go back for anything I need altered or fixed etc.

Ohhh my lord I cant believe the work they do! I had two dresses and a top. One dress was sooooo tight in the breast area I was like a tied sausage in it. The style is high low and felt there was no hope! Not true she took it up and let it out and it fits perfect. The other two items also perfect! Thank you so much for taking my worry away as the dress she let out is for my sons wedding.❤💃

They work fast and always do a good job. I have them tailor or hem all of my suits, blazers, and jeans. They can also repair or replace busted zippers (which saved my favorite coat).

She did an amazing job making my neckline bigger and shortening the bottom of my dress. My dresss has a lot of layer but she did an excellent job shortening it all evenly. On another dress she was able to tighten it perfectly and shortened it just how I asked.

I called them to inquire and nobody speaks in english. The woman i spoked with didn’t understand what I was trying to ask and explain about the alteration. She keeps saying “I don’t know” or “what?” in everything I ask and say. Even the simplest question like “are you located in midvale?” Gosh! ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I used to love this place, but the last few times I have gone she has messed up and when I went back to have her fix it she made me pay! She has made my pants too short several times and missed stitching on my last pair of pants I told her to take in so they fall down. I just decided not to go back to her.

They fixed, if not improved, the liner on my very expensive motorcycle pants that use a Kevlar type fabric. They delivered on time. Price was great. They were friendly. I will be using them again.
