Customer service was great!!! We had them redo a clear bra on one of our cars that been done wrong by another company. We also had them do vinyl wrap on our boat! They helped us pick a new color and design and it really updated the look of it! Very nice and professional guys and they even drove the boat to our house for us when it was done!

Experts in their field of detailing and window tinting. Theyve been in the business for many years and know pretty much everything there is to know about the services they provide. I know Im always going to get a high-quality finished product. They arent the cheapest but they are the best. The hardest part is trying to find a vacancy and theyre busy schedule. If you can do that you can definitely trust them with your vehicle. They are high-end.

My wife has worked for a local ice cream and candy company for the last few years. Let’s just say hauling huge boxes or ice cream around in the back of your civil is a messy business no matter how careful you are. These guys did an awesome job on a car that Im working to sell. I almost wanted to keep it! The end result was awesome and well worth the price. I shopped several locations and they were one of the most competitively priced.The only feedback for improvement would be to leave a plastic sheet over seats so when a customer drives it home, their butts arent soaked. They also werent great on answering the phone but maybe today was uniquely busy.

AlohaKrams is the best Car detailing place in this area. Our car had frozen meat we left overnight all the juice went down under the seats and from trunk also. We came to see Mark he is the best he helped us with cleaning really nice.They understand our situation and we were able to fix our problem. Kram’s crew worked magic on my 40’ 5 wheel trailer.The sun had caused damage to the west exposed side. They did a heavy cut, polish & sealer that restored the damaged side. They took time to really be detailed on this large area. They showed great expertise with the challenges it presented.

I reached out to Zach to buff out some minor scratches on one of our vehicles. He gave me a quote which was slightly more than we wanted to spend. I told him how much we would like to spend with him and he said that would be no problem. They ended up coming out to our house (saving us a trip to their shop) and not only buffed out the scratches, but also waxed the vehicle on top of it. I didn’t want to take advantage of his services, so I offered to give him more money for the time and effort he spent helping us and he wouldn’t take any it. I certainly won’t use any other people for auto detailing. Zach does amazing work, is extremely friendly and is beyond fair!

Soo incredibly impressed!! To start off I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get me in by Monday morning. When we were talking about pricing I thought there’s no way for this price I will get a good detail for my SUV. So in my head I just figured there would be additional costs when they were said and done. They came out Monday morning, on time and did my whole car in about 1.5 hours. I have two young kids and two huge dogs so you can only imagine what my car had looked like. When I asked how much it was after he was done, he told me the original price I was quoted. I was shocked! I made an appointment and they asked if I could reschedule and when I couldn’t they still took me. And they stayed almost two hours late to finish my car! The employee that helped me was very nice and super helpful!!! I would definitely recommend going here! It looks amazing!! This is the third tint place I have tried and so far this is the best one!!

Hard to find location its actually in the back of a building with no sign anywhere. Got an interior cleaning and the roof material was not touched.

Ive taken 3 different SUVs to Krams for the past 12 years for window tinting and recently for paintless dent repair. Their tint work is amazing! Theyre very nice and professional. I never have any doubts on the work I get back. I now have family members that go to KRAMs because they see the quality of work they do. As for the paintless dent repair, Ive never had it done but I dropped off my BLACK SUV to KRAMs, came back a couple hours later and was amazed! It was PERFECT! I couldnt find a think to complain about and black shows EVERYTHING. So no need to scroll around looking any further... I highly recommend KRAMs for tint, detailing and paintless dent repair.

Took my car to get tinted they did a good job on the front two. The rear three were all bubly and they left some sort of soap overspray on my paint. Took it back to get them retinted and did worse the second time all bubly near my defroster lines. Now a week later and there are bubles apearing on my front ones. I would love to leave a postive review hopefull they can get it the third time around.

Acquired a car that belonged to a messy smoker. The guys at Kram mobile detailing paid unbelievable attention to detail in making the interior look brand new. From shampooing every inch of fabric and carpet to ozone odor treatment, it felt like I was driving off in a brand new car. All with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend them. Hit or miss. Krams detailed my friends car and it looked great, so I figured I would get mine detailed as well... You would think with a company that specializes in DETAIL they would pay attention to such. A quick glance at the cab and, yeah it looks clean. As I sat in it, I quickly noticed there was some gunk on the dash board, that I wiped away with my hand and a little bit of pressure. Even further, it was clear to tell that there was a quick wipe down of the dash and doors done, but no real detailing. Every corner was still dirty. the tops of the vents were cleaned, but the bottoms were not. The bottom of the door handles were still dirty, as well as the slits in the doors. the steering wheel was left untouched, and I think the dials window was actually more dirty. Basically they shampooed the carpets and wiped down the seats and charged me $90, which turned into $100 because they dont have change.. You have to call in to their office to pay with a card, but I called them multiple times and no one answered.

I had some overspray issues when I picked up my new Jeep from the dealership on 04/24/2019, so they recommended Krams to take care of the issue. The vehicle was picked up around 1000 on 04/25/2019. I was told pickup would be 0830-0930 so that time wasnt far off. Upon pickup I was told it would be about 2 hours to take care of the service. I called roughly 4 hours later asking for a new time estimate and update to which I was told possibly about an hour and that I would be called back soon with an accurate estimate. I never recieved that call back. I messaged again a couple hours later and was told I should have my vehicle back in an hour. Later that evening, Mark the owner explained in detail the issues they were having with the service and apologized for the inconvenience while letting me know that it would be done and delivered back probably sometime in the morning of the next day. Fast forward to 1030 the next day, 04/26/19. I call the shop for an update on the vehicle. Im told that they are just about done and I should see it soon. No calls or contacts for the next 2 hours from the shop. It is now almost 1330 and I now finally have my car back. LONG STORY SHORT. The detailing is spectacular and the car looks far better than when I drove it off the lot. For that, I say 5 stars. For horrible time estimates, serious lack of updates, and very little details on the entire process which started out as an estimated 2 hours and bleeding into almost 27 hours total I give a 1 star. So Im meeting it in the middle with a 3 star rating. The results were amazing, but the customer service as a whole was severely lacking. Im sure it was a one off fluke, but the fluke was at my expense and unappreciated.

There is nothing better than walking out of work and having the cleanest car in the parking lot and not having had to do it yourself or even leave work. I called Reuben a few days ago for in interior detail on a pickup I recently purchased. Im not sure the vehicle had ever been even vacuumed! Reuben showed up at my place of business at the appointed time and got directly to work. He and his co-worker got busy and got the work done in less than an hour and even went above and beyond by washing the outside and detailing the rims and tires! The truck looks practically brand new! I would highly recommend Krams for your detailing!

After all the reviews I read on line about this group, I thought my vehicle would look great. They did an OK job on my seats - and I think purposely wet one of my front seats so much that I couldnt tell they couldnt get the coffee stain i had out -- which I would have rather them told me it was difficult - and they did a really lousy job on the interior windows and parts of my dash. Really disapointed for the money I paid - and was SAD to had given them a tip which in the log run - the truly did not deserve. I even cleaned out my entire vehicle so they had nothing in their way to prohibit them from doing a good job.very disappointed - would not recommend. These reviews have to be from friends, because I cant be the only person this has happened to. Big streaks in my windows was a big red flag after they left to examine the rest of the car with a fine tooth comb.

Id love to tell you how their quality is but this is the third appointment they have missed. For the first one I finally called to find out where they were, to be told they were on their way. Then two hours later I called and they said they would be there soon. Still no show when it was time for me to leave work. Soooo on to rescheduling. Same thing happened only the second time I didnt call until well after the appointment time and told them to just forget about it. Fast forward months later. I am having a baby in less than a week and want my car detailed. Since the owner happens to belong to a certain marketing group I am convinced to give them another try. We schedule over a week in advance. They call at the scheduled time, to say they were late but on their way. Should be here in 20 minutes. Nope, over an hour later I call and nobody answers. Finally get in touch with the owner, he has the office manager call to say it will be at least another 20 minutes. Seriously? Then the Crew Chief proceeds to tell me he has no idea why I was told they were on their way when they werent. Oh that makes it better. I have no time to schedule another company to detail my car, I am preparing for a baby in exactly 5 days. Had I known they would be 2 hours late I could have run some errands. Nope. Again making promises they cant keep. And always some excuse as the why they dont show. Here is the reason, nobody there communicates, they think that customer service is a ridiculous idea, and they cannot manage time at all. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Super Sonic is priced about the same and I have never had them reschedule or not make an appointment. Well worth the extra couple of bucks to have them clean my car.
