I was pretty underwhelmed by the quality, I just did the express interior/exterior. After they were done there was still water spots and grime on the exterior I could remove with my finger and would not expect to still be there after a wash. The interior was just fine but still dirt and dust I would not expect after a professional cleaning. It was not terrible but I would look elsewhere for better quality detailing.

Was fast, and scheduling wasnt a problem, but Im not sure they even wiped down the inside of my car at all. These are the after pictures, where you can see the dust. The dash, center console, cup holders and door panels are wiped down, but literally all of them still had dust and dirt still on them.

I bought a used car that looked nice from a distance but when I cleaned it up I noticed several paint issues plus some scratches. Josh did paint correction on my whole car ( it looks absolutely amazing!) & referred me to a body shop that will correct the rest at a reasonable price.

Nice people, but attention to detail could be better for the money. When I went to pick up my car there was still buffing compound in some spots, and not all the issues I had pointed out had been addressed.They were good about keeping the car another day and fixing most of the issues (I understand that tree sap can be hard to remove, and they did end up getting the worst of it off), I just got the feeling they rushed through it on the first attempt.Overall they were fine, but I dont think youll be better off taking your car here than you would be taking it anywhere else.

I scheduled to have my truck done and pointed out two issues I wanted fixed. One was some green paint that rubbed off in some chrome where I accidentally bumped into a pole, and the other was plastic restoration on my trucks trim that was pretty sun bleached. I also talked to girl and was unsure if they wanted my bed clear in case they cleaned that as well. She said they could clean it up. When I got my truck back, the green paint was still there, theres some areas on the trim they didnt touch and the bed didnt looked touched. One of the attendants was able to quickly fix the green paint, but I left feeling like service was incomplete.

I got the Express Inside &Out Detail (Includes engine detail and Ceramic Sealant) I havent paid for a detail before and boy are they expensive.The technician did a super job on the cleaning. Its not been long so, I will have to see how the Ceramic Coat holds up. (I had to read about it because I hadnt heard of it before.)My only complaint is some of the roof was missed with the Ceramic Coat and I really wish they had done something to make the plastic and rubber on the car look renewed. Mirror support, roof rack, window trim etc. Next time I will look more closely at the completed job which they do have you do.I did the onsite option at my home. The tech was really nice and didnt leave any mess behind.

Based on the Google reviews I thought this would be a slam dunk, but it wasn’t. That was unfortunate. Facebook and Google put a good foot forward but doesn’t live up to the hype. Basically they cleaned the cup holders, wiped everything down, and gave it a vacuum for $200. That had already been done. We had to point out a number of stains that had already been mentioned and weren’t dealt with. Buyer beware. We’ll look elsewhere in the future.

The problem with these guys is that they bill on an hourly rate plus travel charge, so what you pay depends a lot on how fast or slow they work. Ive used them twice. First time they washed my RV in an hour and did a good job. This time, same RV and no dirtier than last time, the guy took over two hours. Cost me twice as much for the same work as last time. (Actually more because they raised their hourly rate from $75 to $89). Nearly every other detailer charges a fixed price by the foot. Ill never use them again.

I highly recommend On Site Detail. Ive used them a few times on different vehicles. The quality of the detail has been great every time. The mobile VIP package is well worth it! Ask for Silvio, hes their best tech, and will do a fantastic job for you!

Soooo impressed! Wellington did an amazing job! My truck (which is used as a truck should be... hauling hay and wood, plowing through muddy mountain roads in 4 wheel drive [as drinks and snacks spill], with a dog... that is hairy and gets very muddy) looks BRAND NEW! HIGHLY recommend Wellington and Onsite... professional, friendly, on time, detail oriented, and very reasonably priced! I’ll be a repeat customer, for sure... and I already have two friends who are going to make appointments too! Do yourself a favor, hire these guys! They’ll get it cleaner than you could, and faster too!

My truck looked so good after it was cleaned - felt like it was brand new and fresh off the lot.The only thing preventing me from rating 5 stars is the fact that my truck bed wasn’t cleaned out (I didn’t notice until after I had left). I have a cover that can be confusing to open but for the price I paid, I would have expected it to at least be rinsed out.Other than that minor detail, they did a good job.

William came and buffed and waxed our 2005 model travel trailer. He did an excellent job. I don’t think he even took a break. He worked hard, was careful, thorough and professional.If all their workers are like William, I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow, Chris Blaisdell is the best. You wont find a better place for your vehicle. I had parked by the geyser in Soda Springs and it left hard water spots that were impossible to remove. Chris made it look like new. Great job

This was worth every penny. I have had my truck for 15 years. It was a mess. After they worked on it, it looksas good as it came out of the factory. Courteous and kind staff. But the work was amazing!!AAA++++ I highly recommend this place. I know I’ll be back for sure 👍👍👍👍👍

I used Onsite Detailing through my company and office last year and they did such a good job, I had to use them again this week! I have two very large cars and they were able to get all of the drool off the fabric seats and windows and get all of the pet hair and smell out. My car looks just like it did on the day I brought it home from the dealership. And it’s so convenient having them come to my house, especially during a pandemic. I absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Onsite Detail is excellent! I had my car that I was selling, a VW Jetta, be detailed on the interior and Onsite did a great job! The car practically looks brand new! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. After the detail was finished I noticed that there were leftover stains on the drivers seat, probably from the cleaner not drying properly. I contacted Onsite and they let me bring it in and they did a quick touch up job at no charge! They also were very accommodating with my work schedule so that I was even able to bring it in a little after their normal hours. I highly recommend these guys!

Id recommend Onsite detail for anyone that loves to keep their car looking nice. They did a wonderful job, very professional and very knowledgeable. The next day I noticed on my receipt that they charged me for something that I didnt get and they rectified it instantly with no problems at all. Cant beat these guys.

Long review, but I wanted to be thorough with my description. Two days ago I used the mobile service by Onsite Detail for an interior detail. They were very professional with their communication about the time they’d be there. They let me know they were running late and kept me updated. Although, I have not yet received my receipt which was supposed to be emailed to me so I could verify the numbers were done correctly.I added before and after pics because I like to see them myself. In fact, this review is a lot better since I took before pics and was able to compare the two to see how horribly dirty my van actually was. I was impressed with the front and middle parts of my van. Car seat areas were nice and clean. My little boys claimed a stain near where they sit was clay smashed into the carpet. The detailer was able to get it out.I knocked off one star because there were little missed things that I went and wiped down afterwards because it was obviously still dirty (I am eight months pregnant and it is very hard for me to bend over right now, which is why I paid for the service in the first place.) I’m not sure what they are called, but the hard parts under the middle seats were missed, the front window was obviously partially washed, other little things here and there that I went and cleaned up myself, and I also went and re-scrubbed the cargo area because it was still hard and sticky from a syrup spill. It almost seemed that the detailer was able to pull the dirt up, but not quite all the way out. The towels I used to soak up what I scrubbed after the detailer left were really dirty. In my pics of the cargo area, you can see the before, the after from the detailer, and the after when I was done scrubbing.As a mom with five little kids that has never professionally detailed my van, I feel like it was worth paying the price to get my van cleaned by the professionals. I will definitely consider these guys next time I need my car cleaned again.

My car has honestly NEVER been so clean. It was even better then when I bought it new! Wellington was on time, super professional, and made sure I was happy with everything. He even helped me get all of the stuff out of my car so he could make sure to clean all the nooks and krannies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Im the type or person that detail is important to. Decided to come to this place for the first time to see if they were any good. From the time they answered it was extremely professional and helpful with answering all my questions. I Decided just to do a full detail on the interior cause of the winter storm this day. Every thing was perfectly done. Down to the smallest detailed places. I was completely impressed. I will most definitely come here for any further auto cleaning in the future.

They completed the work I asked for incredibly fast. I wanted them to shampoo and extract my seats as they were stained pretty bad. I honestly didn’t think they’d be able to get it out as I had been to other detailers who had failed but these guys knocked it right out of the park. When I picked up my car I felt like a little kid in a candy store after seeing how good the seats looked XD. Makes me want to drive my car more again. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants QUALITY work for a very fair price!

We were offered interior and exterior appearance protection through our car lease from an out of state dealership. The salesman really talked up this plan, said that theyd clean the car inside and out and deal with any spills or road salt paint damage. Maybe my expectations were too high because minimal cleaning was done, just cleaned the spill on a seat. Scheduling has been a nightmare because they cant do the outside work with bad weather since our garage doesnt have lights. We had to cancel once due to an emergency surgery for our dog, but I feel like trying to get this done has gone on for weeks.

OMG if I could give 10 stars I would!!! This place is hands down THE BEST detailing in the state of Utah!! They offer the best quality for the price and surpassed ALL of my expectations!!! I bought my 2011 Nissan Versa used for only $800 but it was sold as is and it was extremely dirty. Im talking it was so uncomfortable for me to drive in I thought of just buying a new car. But Onsite made it look brand new!! Literally! They managed to make me actually feel GOOD about driving again! And the service is impeccable!! Being able to work with me and my busy corporate-life schedule makes them invaluable!! The texting when I couldnt call, meeting me to drop off the car when I couldnt pick up - I know nothing is guaranteed but they truly tried and everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics who detailed my car were nothing but kind and friendly! Im DEFINITELY coming back here for the outside and recommending them as THE ONLY place for me to go and anyone else I know. Seriously, the search stops here!! Im anxious now because whenever I find a place too good to be true they leave lol so dont change and dont leave Onsite!!

I don’t post reviews much. But Onsite Detail was awesome. I had an appointment and about an hour before my appointment time, On-site called me to inform me that their garage was busy so they offered to send someone to me instead. George got there right when he said he would be there, and ended up spending about 2 hours Detailing the inside of my car. I had just bought the car, and it was super dirty. George did an excellent job, and the car looked phenomenal after he was done. I highly recommend using onsite for any car cleaning you need.

While staying at Mtn valley rv resort this is the only company allowed in the facility. They more than met my expectations making the appointment happen on a busy Friday. They even ran out of ionized water brought more so they could do the job,wow that’s impressive!!! From the staff in the office to the two guys that washed my rig absolutely highly recommend.

PERFECT!!I am very DIY in these types of things, however I had a tough job that I just could not spend the time and resources on. I’ve never hired a detailer before so for my first experience with OnSite, I was very satisfied! The detailer who cleaned my car was Wellington. He was so kind, friendly and happy to work! He worked so hard that my family and I started to worry for him being out in the heat! I will be requesting him for any other services we need from OnSite! Onsite Detail did an amazing job with our SUV. We have 3 kids. There were a lot of stains and sticky messes that I didn’t think we’d ever be able to remove. Our car looks brand new and it’s 8 years old. It truly didn’t look this good when we bought it slightly used. Our detailer was so friendly and professional. He worked so hard making sure everything was fixed or cleaned the way we needed, even the tiny tracks under our captain seats where everything gets trapped. And love that they come to your house! We were impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.

I had Wellington service two of my cars this morning, and they turned out great! I had the combo detail on my car, and my wife just did the interior detail. Neither car had ever been detailed in any sort of way, but they both look brand new now! Both of us are extremely satisfied, and will be using them again! +1 for Wellingtons service!

This place is incredible! I have a classic car, and the care they put into their work really shows. The gentleman, Wellington I believe he said his name was, was very delicate with the now 50 year old paint. He offered suggestions to remove some dried tree sap I was concerned may be very difficult to remove. Needless to say, he was able to shine the car inside and out like I haven’t seen her in years. I will absolutely be using Onsite in the future.

I keep my car pretty clean, or so I thought until I had it detailed. I was amazed at the amount of gunk and crumbs and coins and dirt that came out from between my seats and from every nook and cranny.The service was very professional. My expectations were exceeded. Wellington even took time to give me tips for simple cleaning techniques that will keep the vehicle looking its best until the next time I choose to get the full service.

So convenient. While at work, they came and cleaned my car out in the parking lot. I rarely have time to thoroughly wipe out the inside of my car, and even more the floor mats and tires. This was done well. So nice to come out of work and have my car fresh and ready to roll.

I had my company car detailed and the whole experience was great. I was paying with a company card, which I found out was expired. Onsite Detail was very understanding and helpful as I got that figured out and didn’t mind rescheduling me multiple times. When I finally got that figured out, they fit me into their schedule the following day. George made my car look like new, surprised me as it was trashed, even cleaning the cup holders. Unfortunately I wasnt the one to pick up the vehicle but my driver said the vehicle looked like it had just rolled off the factory floor and I honestly didnt believe him but when I saw it my jaw dropped honestly the best work Ive ever seen. I will be sending people to them and be bringing my personal vehicle to them as well.

Dropped my CRV off for a thorough detail before picking up my wife and new baby from the hospital. Wellington surpassed all expectations. The car looked brand new when I first got in! We used Onsite detail to wash & wax our 30 motorhome while we were visiting the Heber City area. They showed up early to the appointment...so we didnt even see them at the RV park unfortunately. However, the detailer did an excellent job of washing and waxing our motorhome. They were efficient (did not waste any time), did a great job and followed all the directions that we had left with the office staff. The woman in the office who answered our calls was professional and very nice as well. I would highly recommend Onsite detail and will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

I wish I had a before and after picture, but we had some serious stains that are now completely gone. Our car looks better then when we first bought it. Wow, what a professional operation!! At first I thought they were some sort of detail broker as they seemed almost too professional on the phone, so I was near sure they would just sub the job out. I was able to schedule quickly, and they gave me a window of time for when the tech would arrive. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, friendly, and hard working. I was having an exterior detail done to remove swirl marks from regular car washes. Silvio did a fantastic job. He explained the processes, and frequently checked in to make sure I was happy with the progress. The end result is that my truck looks awesome!
