There was really no improvement needed only the fact that the watch I wanted was out of stock, but overall customer service experience was great . The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me the best way he could ….Definitely always satisfied when I go to this location

Ryan was a great Sales Rep that listened to me and really wanted to help but did not push me. When I was ready to purchase he came in on his day off to help me further. He was the only one at AT&T that helped me get my moms voice-mails off my old phone so I would not use them (from the previous provider) no one else knew how. Her memory now will get to stay with me. Thank you, Ryan.

Excellent service. Made an appointment online and was assisted quickly. Very clean and everyone wearing masks and social distancing. They also clean where customers seat once they are done working with them. Cant say enough good things.

Three days in a row I went to this AT&T store to be put in a line which I was continuously skipped I would sit in the parking lot directly in front of the store and no one ever came out to help me and when I asked where are my spot was in line when I went inside they told me I’m so sorry your skip I’ll put you next in line and no one ever help me all I needed to do is activate a Sims card which is a 5 to 10 minute process to wait over an hour and a half and then to be belittled and say well a lot of people have been sitting here for an hour and a half when I was told that they were only two people in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. Worst part is is they ask you for your phone number and they never ever called me

I waited patiently for over 30 minutes while 2 other customers who arrived after me were assisted before me. When I was finally helped she could not get into my account to help me and told me to call customer service. 1st my phone is not working my sim card is locked. Rather than sending me away to do it on my own, she could have called customer service with me there and made sure I left with a working device. Its situations like this that make my decision easier. Im switching. Why am I paying nearly $300 a month for this?

My first visit to this location Was a few weeks ago and Antoine was so helpful in answering my questions and correcting what was needed on-my phone.Yesterday we stopped in to ask a question and Antoine helped resolve it. However, we started to look at new phones and I decided to upgrade. The fact that he was so patient and not Being pushy about extras was why we stayed and purchased there.It seems that all the staff was very helpful with customers. We will continue to use this location as it was a great purchasing experience.

I went into the store to make a plan for one month. The lady provided me with a plan that was going to be $95 for me. I specifficaly asked 4 times that the final price will be $95 after she changed it from $60 to $95 in the beginning due to an additional activation fee. She got mannoyed that I asked so many times, but as an international college student I wanted to make sure I can afford the plan. WELL SOMEBODY PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW MY BILL SAYS THAT I HAVE TO PAY $163.48!!! And when I went online it said the price of $145.51? So how is that possible? When I called and asked for clarification, two times the only thing the person on the phone sais you will have to come to the store for that. Excuse me? No matter if you are on the phone or in person you should be able to explain what happened here and also I know that I will walk into the store and nobody will be wanting to help me, as I seen a man walk in who needed help the irst time I went to the store and nobody wanted to help him either, in fact, the employees of the AT&T store even TALKED BAD ABOUT HIM IN FRON OF OTHER COSTUMERS saying I will not help him once I am done here, there is really nothing I can do without even listening to the mans problem.Anyway, the fact that my bill is so much higher than I was told 4 times is an absolute no go!

I have some of mine cable I took it over for my person who lived in the past away and I asked him if I could take off the home phone and the internet and movie channels and they told me no so my friend told me about AT&T TV and then run a special for $50 for one year and the internet be a bundle deal well when I want to upgrade to the extra package in the store for $68 for the promotion they had they said they couldnt do it because it was a bundle deal then I called their headquarters and they said they dont have that going and they said that the internet and TV or two separate bills so I rate this store or one and a half so if you want anything done just called her 800 number because they know exactly what theyre talkin about they dont this is the store on Midkiff and Wadley

Went to this at&t to see if we could set up internet with them, but the employee helping us said our area was not covered. We called at&t right after we left, and sure enough they said our area is in fact covered! This employee obviously didn’t know what she was doing.

AT&T never had enough ppl working and it looks like a brand new store what’s the point in building another store location and then not having enough employees to work seems like hiring more pplAt the stores you already have would be better also there are a ton of employees in the back but none are coming to the floor and it’s now 10 ppl waiting

I have been very pleased with the service I have received last three times I’ve been in this location I have unfortunately had to spin a long period of time because of the types of things I was needing done my wife is deceased and I am changing quite a few things on my servicesI have change my cable for the Dish to wireless boxes at for my TVs I am loving the service that was one visit previous visit was changing names on the service due to my wife’s been deceased third visit was rating in olds phone and getting a new pro 11 on a new service and a new iPad Pro which I am roaming the house everything was handled perfectlyUnfortunately this visit took almost 3 hoursThere had been a couple of times I have been in before and I had waited a while and come back at a better time when I could have someone to give me the time I need it now I understand why that had to be done

This is one of the two AT&T stores that we stopped at on this day. I was looking to upgrade my phone and the associates at this store were so helpful and friendly. Had knowledge of the different phones available.I would go back to this store before ever visiting the store off of the loop.

Waited for over an hr to be told I could not trade in my $1000 phone without paying and additional $500 because of a TINY scratch on the housing. Will be looking into leaving ATT and going to Verizon. I suggest you do the same.

Every time I go into at&t they are always nice and helpful. I didnt have to wait long for someone to assist! I went into the store to add another phone to my line and came out at&t with the phones I wanted also a great deal on DIRECTV!! Im ever happy and Cesar O was great!!

I had an appointment at the time of opening, usually the appointments mean nothing as they will put a walk-in before you with no shame. Not this time! I had an early appointment and was helped immediately. The staff was great and did a great job explaining devices, plans, offers and promotions.

ATT stores can sometimes be a huge PITA if you already know what you need and dont need a half hour consultation. Sometimes they are able to get you in and out quickly though. Just depends on the queue length.

The manager seemed too overwhelmed to make the right call. All I needed was a SIM card and I waited almost an hour when there was a lady doing just that. The lady finally came up to me and I explained my needs and she helped me. I was out the door 5 minutes later. Seems like the male manager should have directed me to her from the start

Waited in line for an hour. Watched one of the employees hang out for 30 minutes doing nothing but playing on his cell phone. Another customer walks in and the same employee decides to help the customer that just walked in. Such a disappointing and irritating experience. Was only trying to buy a tablet and sign up for another two years of service. Thinking I should go back to Verizon. Ive never seen nor experienced anything like that before.

Drove past the AT&T store in odessa just to come into this one. Plenty of space, didnt wait a ridiculous amount of time. They answered their phones which I couldnt get the other store to do. Product was in stock and didnt have them trying to push unnecessary items.
