They were on time, friendly and the cab was clean and sanitized. Even stopped so I could get a snack after a long flight! Would definitely recommend!

Dont plan on using this service again. $35 just to get a ride within midland city limits, nope never again. Just go with ACE, they only charged $10 for a mile further.

I called last night and made sure they could get me at 6:15am and they told me yes. So i then went online and set up ride like i was told we have to do now and then get a call 30 minutes before ride is suppose to be here TO TAKE ME TO WORK. I was told that they couldnt get me at that time even after i called last night to make sure that is just bad business. I will never take this cab company again please stop using them! YOU DIDNT SAY 15 MINUTES LATER YOU WERE RUDE FOR NOT STICKING TO THE TIMES BECAUSE YOU WOULDNT MAKE AS MUCH TO TAKE ME TO WORK SORRY THAT 15 MINUTES WOULD HAVE MADE ME LATE FOR WORK THAT IS WHY I SET THE RIDE FOR THE TIME I DID SO I WOULD NOT BE LATE FOR WORK.NOW I KNOW WHY YOU HAVE A 2.3 STAR RATING

I was told that they had taxis circling the area and would have one by soon... asked them to call when they were there...me and my spouse walked home a hr and 15minutes in winter to get home and still received no phone call....this taxi service is not only inconsiderate but unreliable...

So I took a ride tonight with MBS Taxi Service, Im giving this 2 stars only because the driver was semi friendly... anyhow I had a scheduled pickup for 5:30 .. I called at 5:20 to make sure it was still on and he told me he would be running 10min behind (ended up being 20min behind) then over the the phone I asked him pricing and told him where I was located, he had told me anything 7miles and under is 10$ and anything over that still in town though is no more then 13$.. so I was totally fine with that.I was headed to walmart which is only 6.5 miles from my house. I asked him to stop by the atm so I could pull cash out which was only 30sec away from walmart (those who live in Mindland know, its the one right by the carwash across from Walmart pretty much)Anyhow atm didnt work then he proceeds afterwards to tell me they take card! I automatically assumed they didnt because most companies dont, my mistake for not asking first but also if I was trying to pull money off my card the least he could have done was let me know they take card.. anyway fast forward to dropping me off, we get to walmart not even a minute later and hes like itll be 22$ dollars (only charged me 20$) and I was confused and asked why so much and hes like its what the meter ran .. okay so are we gonna go based off what you told me on the phone or the meter .. make up your mind.. we went straight from my home to atm then to walmart not even a minute away..if making a stop was extra he should have let me know but he didnt state that and only stated hes charging that much because of the meter .. I also noted he was semi friendly and thats only because I was the one making conversation or starting it..I feel all drivers should be outgoing somewhat and not come off as a semi jerk!I took another chance with them (Ive rode with them once before same guy and it went well and I also went from the walmart to my home and only was 13$ that time)anyhow I tend to ignore bad reviews but judging on how defensive they are and unprofessional when replying back I should have known better.. I would have taken lyft if I knew it was gonna be that much, I was looking to save a couple dollars not pay more as lyft is normally 15$+ and he said their company charges 13$ at the most.I hope they take this review into account and see their mistake Im highly upset it was that much especially when we went over prices on the phone and I paid 7$ more then expected.

Safe reliable, fastest service in midland, very prompt in all pick ups.

I have been scammed by them multiple times. One time being I did not agree to a tip and the guy gave himself one and I have yet to hear from anyone about it and Ive tried contacting them multiple times. Another time being this morning, the driver took the LONGEST way possible to get me home then tried to charge me way more than what the same ride cost last night to get to the location I was picked up at this morning. I do not trust the company I believe they are sleezy and not trustworthy.

They are the worst ever they have always picked us up in the past know matter what time iit was but this time they did not show up, even after they sent me an email and a text saying they would be there, I will never use them again, they cant be trusted to show up, and they sent me a message after me texting them why and tell me that there hours are 4 am to 10pm but always would pick me up before and also said there not gonna feel bad about it what a hole company

Lied to on phone about the fare to work . Told what it would be and changed once there. SHADY business in my opinion.

Are you always closed for the evening at 8am? Your site stats that you will be taking calls at 6am. Change the info listed on your site or pick up your phones.

What you need to do is when and if someone makes a scheduled rider and its to late, not send a automated message say you will pick them up, but send one that says we are unableto process your ride please call someone else anyone with a good business would do that poor communication
