The best Taxi service in Midland. I have been using their services since 2010. Never had any problems with the Company.

Horrible people who run these buisnesses they never answer and take advantage of the fact people need rides they should be shut down

Used taxi service last night, owner drove us and service was great! Attempted to utilize again tonight: called 2 hours ago in attempt to arrive at Home Depot before close at 10pm, which was expressed to driver. Driver did not call us but we followed up with him twice. Our second conversation, 30 minutes before Home Depot closes, driver told us he couldn’t pick us up as we were too far away. When we spoke he was only 3 miles away from us. With 30 minutes remaining until store closes, there is absolutely no way to get an alternative service to provide transportation. Horrible service! Horrible communication!! Will not use again! Hell I even gave $10 tip last night due to great service, polar opposite from tonight’s experience!!!

Road with a1 taxi last night believe the drivers name was Harold? First, he was rude! We are paying customers customers! We had 3 drop off locations he told us that he doesnt have time to drop off each after picking us up! He told us to hurry, Harold ended up doing it anyway! We are just as important as any other customer!!! We called for a ride that is our time that we are paying for! Not other customers!! We shouldnt have to be told to hurry!!! And be treated the way he treated us! Then my buddy askes a simple question as you do in a car ride making conversation! He was rude and and said non of your business! If he didnt want to answer he could have said Im sorry I dont feel like answering! Not be a jerk!!!! He wasnt tripped! He yelled! We usually rude Double D taxi but they were busy! We wont ride A1 again.. And encourage others NOT to either. Ride WITH double d... They are great and very nice and wonderful service!!! I have reported him to the Midland business department! Ride Double D not A1!!!!

Most amazing customer service! And willing to accommodate last minute requests and very friendly.I had an extremely early morning flight and had made a reservation with a different taxi company. After they didn’t show I was trying to find another taxi to bring my to the airport last minute. After calling A-1 they were able to pick me up in less than ten minutes and get me to the airport on time for my flight!Thank you guys so so so much!!!

Has forgotten about my ride 2 times. I let it go the first time. The second time I did not. I got upset and told them that I demanded a free ride and he then refused to give me a ride at all. He hung up on me and when I tried calling back he sent me to voicemail each time. I do not recommend this company. The guy sounds like he smokes a pack a day and they are very unorganized and not dependable.

Down to earth, fast, and friendly! Dont call anyone else! These guys are your best bet if you need reliable, fast service for sure!
