I booked a taxi days before the 4th of July holiday weekend and tried all the ways I could to ensure my husband would have a pick up from the airport, and he was ghosted. Bad experience. Do not recommend.

Tried to line up a ride for my son to get to football and back. They never showed. And wouldnt even answer the phone.

First time showed up on time and I was confident at 5.30 AM.2nd time. I was overconfident and called with no back up. Not shown up in time and did not response to my call and text. Suddenly disappear.l miss my flight on that day.Not reliable. To be precise it happened on 20 of July 2020 at 5.30 AM from Home to MBS.

They never answer and never call or text back they should be shut down

Everytime you call it says that they are not open because of the 4th of July but that passed over 4 weeks ago and they never answer and thats unprofessional!

Sean is always very respectful, prompt and a great driver, with any road condition. I would Recommend Ace Taxi to any of my family and/or friends.

Ace taxi is my favorite midland taxi. They always answer their phones, they are ALWAYS on time which is extremely helpful and they are always very nice. I only recently discovered them and Im disappointed that I havent been using them this whole time. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had called the previous night at like 11:30pm and scheduled a pickup for 6:15am. The guy said cool well see you then. 6:15...nothing. 6:25....nothing. I called at 6:30am, no answer. Called at 6:35am, left a message. Called again at 6:45am, no answer. Finally tried a different cab company, they answered on the second ring and had a car at my location 5 minutes later. Ace never called back. 😡😡😡😡😡

Called the night before to arrange a ride to the airport at 6:15 on a Sunday. No call no show. Phone was off whenI called. Do not recommend if you need to be somewhere on time.

Completely unexpectable. I called today asking for a ride around 12 am for my younger brother because he is closing and the guy says okay he will be there. With a wave is care free worry about finding him a ride home. Later my brother calls like he always does to make sure the taxi is coming. I assure him the taxi is coming because i am nevee enough to think everyone can stand by thier word. I was wrong and now hes been out there for 40 minutes now wondering and worrying how the hell im going to get him home. I will be calling tomorrow to ask what possibly happened. Sick injured or forgot. It deserve a call saying that why they cant make it.

The owners are horrible on phone and the drivers are 10x worse they wreak of alcohol and I almost asked for them to pull over and let me out I didnt trust the drivers driving with alcohol smell.And after looking their fb up most positive reviews on here are friends or family.NEVER call them again.

I have a hard time falling into their car so they will go get their van for me. Awesome attitudes great company.

Been using them for a while. Very good service, and always reliable. Even picked my up on a Sunday night when no other service was available.

This company is hands down the best in town. Reasons I would call Ace before calling another company:-They have never declined my phone call.-They have never forgotten to pick me up regardless of what time.-Their drivers arent lazy old men, with gambling problems, who also have entitlement issues.I dont even know who else I would call to retrieve me at 3 in the morning. Every other company in town has put a smudge on the cab services in Midland by claiming to be 24 hours. Ace taxi actually delivers and most of the time are earlier than scheduled. I would trust this company and its drivers to do whatever they said they are going to do because they refuse to let me down!!

Horrible! We got a taxi to go across town for a concert...We Paid extra when he dropped us off because he said he would come get us afterwards...then at 11pm when everything is closed he wouldn’t come get us! Not because he was busy...just no not gonna come get us! At that point he was the only taxi company open, he said it wasn’t busy and had nothing reserved so he would come get us. We walked 3 1/2 miles at night and it’s 1 degree out!!!!!
