Do not go to this place.e I should have known by the last time I went. The service was terrible. I thought I would give it another try since I was the first person there before they open. They told me that they had two appointments, but another lady would be there in 5 minutes to do my nails. I waited 30 minutes with my feet and water and no one ever showed up to do my nails. I ended up walking out. I will never use this place again!

I received the worst customer service here. The young lady who did my pedicure wasn’t able to explain to me what she was doing and she was rude. Then they tried to make me leave without even drying my nails. Awful service. Don’t waste your time and money.

By FAR the worse nails (dip) I’ve ever had in my life! After paying $50 for them yesterday, they look horrendous and one has already cracked.Now, I keep my nails fairly short, so they don’t need much filing at all, but this woman SCALPED my nails. I mean, they have never been so short and the shape was supposed to be ‘square’. They look terrible. I asked the woman if they were too short for dip and she said absolutely not!I will let you judge for yourself.I will never go back to this place. I can’t wait to get them taken off

This place is always clean and professional. Their pedicures are to die for ... and their nail techs are amazing. This is the only place Ill goto in Midland.

Well, that was 2.5 hours and $98 Ill never get back. We made an appointment, showed up a few minutes early then proceeded to wait almost an hour for what I was hoping would be a quick hour trip for a mani/pedi (its a work day). They knew we were coming in as a pair, but separated us throughout the entire visit. My guy was nice, but I couldnt hear anything he was saying through the acrylic wall so I ended up with an extra $20 charge that I wasnt anticipating. Luckily I didnt have the fella my friend had, he was so rude to her the entire time, used dirty tools, kept leaving to do other things in the shop, just over all not a great experience! Such a bummer, I cant remember the last time I did something for myself (this was a mothers day treat to ourselves) and now I just want my time and money back. Just a horrible, uncomfortable experience overall.

Loved my nails!!! Everyone is very nice. Tony did my nails he does an excellent job and is very good at details, takes good care of you. I recommend him 100%.

I went to Gala Nails for the first time yesterday and it was the best experience I’ve had getting nails done in Midland. Tony was great- I highly recommend making an appointment with him. Will definitely be going back again soon!

I went in before work to get my eyebrows waxed. Long story short I was sitting in my car afterwards plucking short broken hairs. She didn’t take her time at all. It wasn’t even busy either.

I have been going to this nail salon for the last few years now every time I go in theres someone new and they dont ever get my nails right and then I go today and they want to charge me $10 more than what I usually been paying and she didnt even do that good of a job so it looks like Ill be finding another place to go and get my nails done

Long time regular. Always excellent service and quality. Extremely clean with extra precautions taken to prevent virus spread. Updated interior design is very nice.

Been coming here for 4 years now never have had bad painful service until today. I will not ever come back here. The guy doing my new set taking off the old ones ripped my nail completely off! Cut my toe multiple times!

My husband and I were walk-ins, which they happily accept! Best pedicure and manicure and full set I’ve got! Absolutely can’t praise these guys enough! You will not be disappointed!

We got in immediately for a pedicure with no appointment. The interior is very nice, recently remodeled and appears clean. The two gentlemen who took care of us were very nice and did a great job. I will definitely be back with my wife for another pedicure.

I’m only visiting in Midland but I needed a pedi really bad! So I had looked online and I saw this place. So I decided to go and I was not disappointed at all!! The gentleman were very polite and professional. I was able to relax and enjoy the wonderful pedi I was getting. Didn’t disappoint me at all. When I come back to visit I am definitely coming back to this place. Maybe even for a facial and a pedi. Who knows? Thank you for the relaxation. I enjoyed it very much!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Went in today because I had a painful ingrown toe nail. Lily took care of it and got it out. She was very nice and did well. Definitely going back in the future for pedicures.

I have been getting my nails done here for a while now. I found it very hard to find a really good nail tech here in Midland. However, Peter does such an amazing job!!! Always knows how to do exactly what you ask. I won’t let anyone else do my nails. If you want a good nail tech, I highly recommend this place. I love going here and won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Peter, always a wonderful time when I’m there.

By far the best nail salon in town, I LOVE my nail guy Lee ! He’s the best, he takes the time in doing my nails . I would always have to go home and fix a nail or 2 when going to a nail salon but now that I switched to Gala across from the mall I don’t have to fix them at all. He takes the time in perfecting the shape ! & Lily is the best for pedicures ! She does such a great job. She doesn’t rush, she takes her time & she’s fun to talk to ( :When going to Gala make sure to ask for Lee & Lily !

I Made an appointment and they were not there on time, I had to wait 15-20 mins. While getting my nails done I informed the guy who was doing my nails that I still felt pain and he got upset and responded rude. I thought to myself that maybe he was having a bad day so I left it alone. My big toe got swollen so I gave it 3 days to see if it will go down since he took out an ingrown. I called 3 days later and was trying to explain whoever answer the phone but he kept screaming at me “what time you coming in!?” I live across town so basically i just Went so he can deny me and tell me he will fit it when the swilling goes down. I just said okay and left.I’m not going to waste my time when they don’t care about their service/ customers. It’s really hard to Find A good nail salon and I thought I found it but I was wrong. I will not return here.

Absolutely terrible. My friends and I came in to get pedicures and they turned on the water for them but not for me. So I sat there and waited until they finally came back and turned my water on. Then he cut my nails super short and completely uneven. When it came to the hot stones they werent even hot. Maybe warm if youre lucky.

Unprofessional and had to go back to get my nails fixed. Even thought they didnt want to fix them or give me a discount on the price that I paid. Overcharged and under delivered on quality and professionalism. Not coming back.

I had a great experience. I’m mad I didn’t catch the girls name who did my nails, but she was really funny and fast and did a good job! She even helped me pick out a color and didn’t try to rush me at all.

This used to be my go to nail spot, but my last two trips have been the worst nail experiences of my life. I had the same tech both times. He was so rough and made me bleed multiple times. He filed my nails for over 15 minutes, and half the time he was filing my skin. Not to mention, he held up my hand to show the other employees and started laughing? Just really rude and unprofessional. I told another lady that my experience was painful and uncomfortable and she just made excuses.

Came for a quick polish change on the toes. And had wait about 5 mins, but got taken care of. So love how the toes came out. Ill be back for a pedi.

We went in and they had 0 customers. After our pedi and eyebrows done we can see why. They kept pushing us to get more services then what we wanted. Our feet hurt after our pedia and they gave us dirty sandals to wear. The lady who did our brows kept using the same stick to dip the wax. The only reason we got our brows done is because the guy said the looked bushy and ugly. He wanted to force us to tip him too.

Very disappointed with my visit here today... first I got my finger cut open by the nail file (pretty good little gash), couldnt obtain the design I wanted which was sort of understandable because it was a little difficult being marble but I shouldnt have been told they could do it if they shouldnt, & lastly $40 for a FILL where I got cut pretty bad? Not a fan at all.

If I could leave a zero star I would. We waited over a half an hour with our feet in the water and I came it with two others and they started them and then 30 mins after that got to me and rushed through mine and we asked for Margies and never got them. Plz save your money and or go else where. Not worth it.

I go here all the time and I love it. They do really good pedicures but I only trust one of the guys here to do manicures. I usually get shilac and every time I go to one of the girls or the other men here they either do a sloppy job or in two days it’s peeling off. I can’t remember his name, I’ll update this when I go again.

They are super quick and nice and the service was great especially since it’s chinese New Year and they didn’t have to be open at all! Mint did so well on my nails y’all haven’t had this good of a job done in a while and she blinged it out for me I think at no extra charge ! And fairly priced ! Will def come back again!

Very rude. The men there do not care who you are they are rude when you first walk in. No respect. Judgmental. Only thing was the lady who waxed my eye brows she was very nice. Deserves to work with nicer people.

The staff is nice, but they only use one stick for your eyes and lip dipping it back into the wax. Which is very, very wrong. If the put wax on your face or body they are suppose to use a new stick every time as not to contaminate the wax, that is not there case. What if some one has HIV you are getting open wounds from waxing so now they have contaminated the whole thing of wax. Will not be going there again for waxing, and I suggest you dont either.

Eric is great! I followed him here from another salon. The environment and set up arent as plush as some salons, but it is clean and has great massage chairs.

So bad I went in their just to get dip nails the lady sat me down at a table,She brought the colors to me I picked a gray color it turned out black so I asked if I could change it we changed it and I found another gray color which turned out black again I asked if I could change it one more time and the lady started being all rude and getting all mean about it and said this is the last time I’m going to change this color for you I didn’t mean mean for her to get mad or anythingSo I decided to just get a light blue color and they turned out to be really lumpy they were just horrible and the lady started getting really rough with my nails and some of them turned out crooked and when she was filing my nails my nails felt like it was about to rip of, will never come back
