Went in for a manicure fill about an hour and a half before closing time. I called and the person who answered told me to go in and that I would be charged $35 for the fill which was not a problem. When I arrived the woman who was there was not busy with anyone at the time but was rushing to get my nails filled as quick as possible even though I told her I wasn’t in a hurry to go anywhere so that she could fill my nails correctly and neatly. She was rough at first and literally pried my acrylic nails off with a nail clipper (dangerous and unprofessional), when she could have used the power file as other do. When she did use the power file, she cut me a couple times. I wanted to get up and walk out at that point. When she finished, not only were my nails sloppy with pieces of acrylic still underneath them and around the cuticle area, she then had the audacity to charge me $40 for the fill (tipped herself I guess). I paid her and walked out swearing to never return. The set lasted me only 12 days before they started to fall off. Normally a good set/fill will last me 3 weeks. Waste of money. Worst service ever.
