Normally I don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience with Touched by Joy. I have gone to several places to get eyelash extensions over the past couple years and had to have my eyelashes filled exactly every 2 weeks on the dot. But with Joy my lashes lasted 3 weeks and I probably could have gone a whole month honestly. Joy takes her time and listens to you and meets your expectations 100% every time! I highly recommend going to see Joy for your eyelash extensions!

Joy gave me a bikini wax. Not only was she dipping the same applicator in the wax, she was wearing no gloves. When she put the wax on a table next to me, I could see hair on the sides which I’m sure was not mine as it was very dirty. After my wax, she walked into the waiting area where my friend and her mom were and said something very inappropriate about me to them. She also used tweezers on me and only wiped them with a towel without disinfecting. I was very upset leaving and praying that my friend and I don’t end up with infections.

I had my facial done here for 3 weeks and my skin looks awesome after the sessions. Highly recommend if you have acne!!

This was my first time ever getting my lashes done. Joy was very nice and told me everything that was going on so I didn’t feel nervous. Definitely going back! Oh, and she had good music too.

Absolutely and fully recommend Joy for lash extensions. She is very knowledgeable and really discussed different options in depth before recommending what she thought would work best for me. My lashes look amazing, and I loved that she discussed the best options for helping my natural lashes grow and thicken (which are a bit short and sparse due to a year of having lash extensions). I went to get my eyelash extensions removed due to a bad incident from another salon in midland. She mange to removed all of my eye lash extensions off with out damaging or removing any of my real ones. This was my first time here and I loved it. She truly cares about her customers and actually listens to you. I had a lot of eye lash extensions on and she mange to removed them off with care. It took two appointments for the whole process but we did. If I would have gone to another salon I wouldn’t have gotten the amazing service I got here. I am so glad I came to this place. This place literally saved my lashes. I will forever be great full with her.

I came across ms. Joy two days ago and needed in right away being that I am leaving for a cruise going from on site to the next no openings then came across this lovely lady’s page called her up she was very understanding and got me in that same night being that it was almost time for her to close and me being an hr away she was very sweet enough to let me come in. I’m extremely in love with the way they came out and highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for some good lashes and eye brow waxing.

I was under the impression that her spa services were at a suite/professional environment as it states on Google. Turns out it’s at her house. I didn’t feel comfortable about it so I left. I’m giving 1 star because I think she should make people aware that she’s working from home. This is my first time in Midland so I had to uber there and Uber back. I’m very unhappy about this.To your response: I communicated with you every step of the way I have screenshots of what your business stay on Google and I have screenshots of me telling you when I was on my way as I was in the uber etc.

Unfortunately, I received a facial from Ms. Beverly Cano on 8/9/2019 where I was left with horrific burns. Today marks 5 weeks and I continue to have discoloration and scarring.To say that my life changed completely is an understatement. At first, Ms. Cano attempted to remediate the situation. However, she has lost all contact with me for about 3 weeks now.I wish that this will never happen to anyone. Review my pictures here and save yourself from the pain I endured.On the first few days after the incident, I couldn’t sleep from being afraid of the pillow touching my face or feeling the breeze of the A/C because of how sensitive/painful my skin was.Ms. Cano has been dishonest with me and I do not feel like I can trust her to rectify the situation as she had previously agreed. This has costed me so much money, time, and effort to recover from.The physical and emotional trauma she has caused me is indescribable. Please think twice about doing any cosmetic services with her. Her products are mislabeled and she is not to be trusted.
