I have used Shayla for over 6 years. She has done amazing professional work on mine and my families hair. I get my hair colored by her and even have gone from brown to platinum multiple times with her with the total understanding that you can’t reach a perfect blonde in a single setting (everyone knows that). But she has always taken good care of my hair, keeping it from being fried and keeping it soft and healthy while achieving the color that I want! The cut has also been perfect every time even on my babies hair! I recommend her 100%

This is a beautiful, brand newly decorated salon. The minute you arrive you feel relaxed and welcome. My hairstylist Shayla, was fantastic. She used clever cutting techniques and styling to make my fine, baby thin hair look thicker and then gave me the perfect shade of blonde! Highly, highly recommend both the salon experience and my stylist!

Please do not go here to see Shayla Fitzgerald to get hair extensions/color. I asked for platinum blond with a root smudge and her to install my extensions(she purchased from her vendor) she lied about how much hair was used in my head and left me with a mullet, it was embarrassing. I was there for 9 hours and was left with multiple shades of blond, half done extensions and was not refunded even though she lied about how much hair was used in my head so she charged me for what? Who knows. It was unprofessional and she left to get her children while having me at the salon alone, or gave me the option to ride with her (still not professional). Definitely not somewhere I would ever go again or recommend anyone to go to have their hair done. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. She was very unprofessional about the situation when I asked for my money back, she stated she used 6 packs of 20 pieces in my hair but my hair dresser who fixed it pulled out 31 extensions according to their website (which as a hair dresser she states she gets it cheaper as a perk) 20 pieces come in a pack at the most expensive 68.00 a pack I was given 1.5 packs which should have only cost 102.00, she stated she paid 528 plus 50.00 over night shipping for 6 bags as a consumer it wouldn’t even be that much. Basically at the end of it, it was horrible and embarrassing and I wouldn’t recommend it. She did after arguing with me refund 255.00 of the 425.00 she charged me for hair which is still more than I should have had to pay.

Recently went in for the first time to get a haircut. I’m generally pretty picky when it comes to getting a fade but Shayla did a good job at a good price.

So love the place... Being a new transplant to Midland from El Paso. And my best friend has done my hair for over 18 years. I found Cristy! Shes so sweet and does an amazing job. I just walked out of the salon. As I write this, and I love my cut and color. One only thing they need is music playing. But, I do love the salon. And Cristy is super amazing and will not disappoint!

Michelle took me in under her wing. After 10 years of having another Michelle take care of ME and my hair after our move to West Texas I left there feeling great. Nice salon!
