This company does alot of work, however for the amount of sand thats needed to be moved they always have too many trucks. So dont expect to make any money.Their Dispatchers are very rude. One guy worked nights when I worked there and he was the only dispatcher that you could actually talk to.As a driver or owner operator, if you check in every couple hours you r off the list because u r annoying them because they have too many trucks and they cant give you loads and you r bothering them. If you dont check in enough then you are off the list because they forgot about you.Dispatchers dont have any experience as they dont understand deadhead Miles are bad miles as you do not get paid for your time or miles. As a Dispatcher all they care about is showing you they are incharge and you are just a driver and there are 100 people in line trying to take your job. So if you are not willing to do it someone else will. I have to say this is the WORST company to haul for. I worked with them for about 2.5 monthes and Id rather be on welfare then to ever haul for sandbox ever again. Hope this helps someone before they make the same mistake I made.

Slow pay!!!!! Out 70 days on payment shame on you sandbox. Sit up there and pay what invoices you want while we are are out trying to make a living trying to stay alive. Your operation is a joke. You need people in Houston Texas who will answer the phone, pay the invoices, and last but not least CARE if it wasnt for truck drivers or owners you Wouldnt have a job!Anyone there at sandbox want to get back to me and explain to me on why your operation is run this way I would love to know..

I went for orientation couldnt get past the gard shack had F.R. best boots glasses was there befor 9 am the guard had a hard hat but wouldnt even let me borrow in exchange for my CDL or cash then about 30 min later a man came from the portable building that one was worse no respect acted like I owed him something that was upsetting talking rudely and down at other people around me and insinuating things vary upsetting then when I thought that was the worst came the cream of the crop walking up to the guard shack from the office so this young man dressed nicely but everything that came out of his mouth was negative and for good measure profanity directed to me like I wasnt there... made me feel bad about my self but I smiled and said have a great day nothing worth working for in my opinion not worth any amount of money to be treated like that just showing up to orientation... They can keep there money the Lord will put the right people in your life but first he puts weeds around you I have faith he removes them just as fast .

They Eat my money..didnt pay for 2 weeks ..they dont do their homerwork and keep giving loads to a company Sand &Deliver whis is not authorize for transport the loads FMSCA AUTHORITY IS REVOKED because of multiple complaints.and not active..Im pretty sure that sand box logistics knows that and quite possible they are getting share from that fraud money..STAY AWAY

Horrible place to work hires anyone that has two legs. Ontop of it all not much intrested in the safety of their employees on site
