I have worked in the administration part of this company for the past 3 years. It has absolutely come a long way. In 2020 there was new upper management put in place and it has made the company thrive. Now I look forward coming in and working with my peers. Now the work environment is actually healthy, managers are understanding and supportive, they understand work is not the only thing in life, unlike before, they understand we have family and a life outside of work. I feel truly blessed to work for Sand Revolution not only is it expanding but the culture developing into a awesome caring culture. Love it.

My husband and I are fairly new to TX while we loved it here, financially we were really struggling. My husband was working full time as a driver but just couldn’t seem to make a decent wage no matter how hard he worked we were getting desperate and even contemplating leaving TX then my husband saw an add for Sand Revolution just based on the projected salary provided in the ad my husband applied. Truthfully we didn’t think that kind of money could be made but at the point we were at, anything in the ball park was worth a shot. Much to our pleasant surprise it’s been as good as advertised if not better. We are grateful for the opportunity and am happy my husband loves his job.

I have been here going on 2 months as an equipment operator on location. I am thankful for them giving me an opportunity. Free housing, food and lots of hours. The work is busy but easy to learn. I see they are getting better every day with new safety briefings and equipment is in good shape.

This is the place you wanna be. This company treats drivers with respect and they do what they can to keep you rolling. Great team!

I dont recommend this placeThe safety lack experienced the mechanic department dont care about safety protocol and the human resource they dont help the employees. I hope they fix they issue and start taking care they employees

Amazing company to work for !

Not a transparent company to work for. I sat for five days due to tractor 387 needing repairs. Mechanics dont wont to work on tractor or trailer and give excuses unless you are Hispanic. Company will charge a driver $300 dollars for H2S monitor, PSP & MVR $75 dollars a week tax free and driver will get the $300 dollars back after for 4 months it will be taxed. Recruiting company Walter Resource Partners (found My resume on indeed) sent FEVID the drivers MVR, PSP & background check and claims they did not know FEVID is charging the drivers and WRP is not getting the money for that. Health and Safety Rep James Lydia called Me Sir to My face but over the phone called Me the black guy ( He is a Uncle Tom).

At TX 1957 & TX 1776 Drivers are disregarding SAFTEY rules Drivers driving beyond the posted speed limit, 75 mph Passing on the inside of curves & on blind side of hills Looks like truck 28 number They going to kill someone or a family one day OBEY THE RULES OR

This used to be a good company, the dispatchers are attentive in my opinion, the mechanics do everything they can to help you, the security dot, the books, and they will make life impossible if you are on their radar !!! Nobody complies with the regulations, everyone is disconnected but if you claim, beware of the consequences. After having worked 1 year and 9 months with it and always being available to help, they fired me without seeing my entire record of being a good driver. A fat woman said that I had said that I was only coming to make money, which is true but I never said that. : And they said that I did not have a good attitude after 21 months working for them and well if you are going to start here do not take it to heart you are just another driver

They do not give you charges the dispatch only gives you charges if you give them money for each load they give you I have 5 days without being given a single charge
