What an amazing company to work with. As a social media influencer, I use internet A LOT. And as a woman, I utilize a security service (which takes a lot of bandwidth) to keep myself and others in the home safe. Net Ops always went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service for the best price. I would definitely recommend using them! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Kaci (spelling?) always does a fantastic job and her supervisor is top notch. Thanks NetOps!

Internet never stable and when you call for customer service they are rude and always threaten you that if they go to your house and dind nothing wrong they going to charge you ...

Id say about half the time I have good service, and the other half I dont. I have spoken to a polite it person and Ive also spoken to a patronizing one. Both on the phone and in messenger. I asked a simple, polite question about the service issues I was having, on one of their Facebook posts and suddenly I am blocked from commenting at all, or even editing my review.Tonight, of course, I have latency issues under 1.50 download, So here I am. Just ready for our area to have really reliable fast internet. For now this is what we have.Its a hit or a miss if youre going to feel an inch tall or if youre going to feel like a valued customer when you talk to tech support. Or the owners, whoever it is that you talk to when you call.I dont know what they have to hide by me asking them a question in public, but ok.I really like the one guy. But I hate the good cop bad cop thing that seems to happen. We are the customers. If it was you, you would be frustrated too.Very unprofessional. Cant get tech support to work with me. We are in love with Net Ops internet service! In the area of west Odessa that we live in, it has been difficult to find an internet service that would work for home. For years we have looked for a good stable service with no luck until we found this one. Net Ops has worked perfectly for us with out any interruptions, even after having about 5 devices connected, especially for these times with virtual learning for my 1st grade son. Hes had 1 hour classes daily with no service interruption. If needed to speak anybody on the team, they have been professional and courteous to answer any questions we have had. Even my husband enjoys his nights of playing online on the playstation with out having to worry if it cuts off mid game. I also feel the prices for the service are very good for how well the internet works. Thank you so much Net Ops team!

Don’t let past reviews fool you. The quality of internet connection has gone down hill tremendously. Loading YouTube videos is now even an issue. It’s been like this for months and months. Previously internet connection was provided at promised speeds but now that is no longer the case. I now get speeds up to 0.41 mbps download and 0.31 mbps upload for $90+.

Ive had this internet company for about two days, I know what youre thinking to soon to make a review right, but the difference between my previous provider and NetOps is day and night. Im paying for 20 down and 4 up, which of course no internet company can give you exactly that, so I get 18 down now and 4 up. Thats not even the cool part, the internet has been up and running non-stop for two days straight and Im able to watch movies, shows or anything I need in the evening when people usually have their entertainment or when the boogers, I mean my lovely kids go to bed, lol.I hit a little snag because they drilled through one of the outlet wiring, took out 3 outlets. Go figure, he drilled pretty far from where the wiring might have been, but it happens. All in all they called me to correct the problem and also called an electrician to repair the damages.They are very responsive if you need anything or are having issues. Im sure hiccups will arrive, but I feel confident they will come to the rescue, lol. To conclude my review I say this; go try this company out, the speeds are reliable and if youre similar to me you wont be disappointed.Have a good one everybody and God Bless!!

Im editing my review. Im having a lot of connectivity issues, they came in last time when I had this issued and the tech came fixed the problem by repositioning the antenna because a tree grow big and was on the way, and it lasted a week without any connectivity issues. I been turning off my modem for 15 minutes and turn on and still the problem persist. Tried to use the 5gs on the wifi but the problem is worse. I been using only one device for the internet and still having issues. A couple of months back I could play videos games without issues and my wife watch netflix without problem, and now I cant do anything of those things. Im paying for the 20mpbs, I used to get at least 16-19mbps of internet, now I just get around 5-8 like last time I had issues.I really considering cancelling my service.

I Call the 12/3/19 for service informationThe only question I have was is they have service in West odessa area I have to wait 1 day for them to respond.So i call the 12/5/19 for service and they tell me I have to wait for the 12/12/19 for serviceAnd installation and they still charged de full month.I give 0 for customer service and they make the company losing money.my name is Luis M

When making the decision to switch from DSL, I asked if they had 24/7 Tech support. They said yes. As it turns out they do not. If you get bumped to Tier 2 you suddenly have to schedule off time to work with their techs between 8-5 Monday through Friday. This is not 24/7 Tech Support. They will cut you off, interrupting you, and talk over you when you make this assertion to them on the phone as well. Also, when you prove they cant deliver the 20 down and 4 up they promise, they punish you by bumping your package down to match the average speeds they are hitting instead. They will also email you a chart showing how you are actually getting 30 MBS instead of the 2.99 down and 1.49 up you are getting from Speed Test by ookla. I guess they are calling me a liar and Im just imagining slow speeds.
