There is a new recruiter in the office, and let me tell you hiring her they threw professionalism out the window. Very unprofessional no phone ethics, and not very friendly. This was a great company but with this new person there good luck. Will not be going there anymore THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU!!!!!! I can find my own placement or the person i was referring. One star giving cause i need to rate it but i was not giving one star!

I have worked with this agency many times to assist in my work search they are very professional and helpful .

I called about a welding position, my brother and I both applied and sent resumés. She told us that they are hiring immediately upon passing weld test. She then told us that they are offering the position to both of us and if we could travel to midland. So we traveled upon our own expenses and payed rent for an RV lot. I asked her what time did they want us to come weld test, no answer. All I got was “we are working on scheduling a time and date.” She had already told us they need people NOW so come to midland NOW, which we did. She stalled us for 6 days until she just stopped replying to me. Wasted my time and money after she told us already that the company was offering us the position.

The staff at Express Employment in Midland, TX is great. They assisted me with employment last year around this time, up until the end of November. They are very easy to work with and also communicate nicely between their associates and their employers.
