They were EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and courteous. I had never used an agency before, and they were great about introducing me to it and finding be a job that I didnt even think about applying for. Theyve been nothing but good to me, and I recommend them to anyone looking for work.

My husband applied for a job here about 3 years ago. Took the drug test and passed of course, and did everything else. And never got called or anything.

The wonderful ladies at Spherion have worked with me all summer to keep me employed and find me enjoyable work. I swear by this company. Theyve helped me find work in my degree, have looked after me and protected my rights, as well as helping to ensure I would not get laid off from any placement. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for all theyve done for me. If you have the good fortune to work for this company, it will be fulfilling and rewarding work in whatever they find you and work with you in finding a job or career you will love.

Went to spherion about 2 months ago to help me find a job. They had me do a drug test and told me told me they couldn’t go forward until they contacted my references which they would do immediately. TWO MONTHS LATER I got a text from my #1 reference who stated he got a call from them. I told him not to bother calling them back. They have not contacted me One time about a job to this day. Luckily I was able to get a job about a week after I went to them for help. But I would not recommend them to anyone. Complete waste of time. There’s no way in 2 months a single job hasn’t come up I’m qualified for. I didn’t tell them I even had a job so there’s absolutely no excuse. Total joke!

I started working for Spherion in November of 2017, after some bugs with my computer and their diligence. I was a homeless vet with no job. Now in March of 2018, I was hired on full time with a great company and excellent benefits. I now have a great job and an apartment, Thanks to all the staff at Spherion, Midland. I was already employed by Quad Graphics when I approached Spherion about finding me something better. They were convinced (and wrong) that I was one of their temps they had stationed at QG. They then offered me a job that insulted my intelligence and rate of pay. I also was completely shocked by the low level of professionalism this office holds. The girl I interviewed with was very ignorant of any industry terminology and was very unprofessional in showing me her tattoos. Ill stick to finding jobs on my own.

Kathy wouldnt shut up long enough for me to speak. She said people are lazy and didnt want to go through the online process.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. In 2012, they had placed me in a factory I wasnt able to adjust to and they had told me to contact them if I didnt find the job suitable. So I did and they told me no problem and I asked if they could find me a new assignment and to contact me immediately. I never got replies from them since and sometime last year in 2017 I had filled out an online application (due to moving closer to the Midland area) to which they responded by calling and very rudely denying any assistance with finding an assignment and said I had no call no showed when I very well contacted them? (Mind you the lady also basically went over my resume and various information with me and was very polite until she seen my references.) As I tried explaining that to the lady (not sure whom) she got an attitude and ended up hanging up on me. I still cant believe how belittled and mistreated I felt in that moment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion!!! Would not recmoment due to this.
