Adriana always does a great job on my hair. She never rushes and takes the time to listen to what I want and gives the best advise to what works best for me and how to care for my hair. Mia was Fantastic!!! I went in very hesitant that I could find someone to do my highlights and also keep my hair healthy. She used a ton of foils and some new techniques I had never had before. My hair came out EXCELLENT!! It’s shiny and feels great! She even recommended the best products, I love them! It was a great day and definitely hubby approved!

I will be honest, I was late for my appointment but as far as I could tell the person who would do this was just sitting in an office. Needless to say they do not work with you.Was later told that this special promo only entitled you to a 20 minute session. I had my 3rd appt. with Tom this morning but after waiting fifteen mins. (Being told he’d be right with me) I asked if he was even there. No and this is the 2nd time he was not on time, driving up 15+ minutes late, no apologies. Too bad-great job on my highlights, ok cut. I waited so long to get in and now I have to go longer for a haircut.but also couldn’t get an appt. with anyone else soon either. Won’t go back, too much $ for this.

I had two appointments with Adriana Martinez and she really out did herself! I love love love my hair. She fixed a past cut I received at a different salon and at our second appointment she did a beautiful balayage on my hair. She really did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job on it. The atmosphere is really nice here too everyone is chatting to each other and it’s a really comfortable setting and I definitely would like to add how pretty the inside of this salon is (just gorgeous). For the past 5 years, Ive had a few problems with other hair dressers in the Odessa/Midland area and have been searching for someone who would listen to me as to what I want, all while trying to keep my hair in the best shape possible. Tom was that person. He took his time listening to me, checking out my hair to see what he needed to do, and then started in. I appreciated the fact that he was extremely knowledgeable and told me what was possible for my hair. He was very friendly and engaged in conversation with my daughter as well. Daughter requested a layered haircut but the hair dresser cut her hair in an even straight bop. There was either a language barrier or a deviation in fulfilling the customers request. I have called Vanessa the manager twice and have yet to make contact with her. It is apparent that the staff lacks credibility and adequate supervision.

I came here to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. Hair was great but my makeup was horrible. I looked outright horrible. I felt like a clown and redid it at the church before the ceremony.

Susan is the best at pedi /manis ever! Polish stays, she knows how to shape your nails and she gets everyone in to see her. She fixes about any problem you have. In addition to all that, she is a wonderful person!I have used Ellias for many years also for my hair - even before he was at Reset. I would follow him anywhere (just like I would do for Susan). His haircuts and highlights low-lights are amazing. He can do what no one else can! I always get compliments. Besides that - he is a wonderful person also!You could not ask for more than you get from Ellias and Susan and I have gone to both of them for over a decade. I wish I could’ve have wrote a positive review. About 7 months ago I was so excited to get my hair done I wanted a wave perm I went with a lady”Lisa” who had zero experience on doing perms she was burly taking classes she charged me 300$for the work she had put in. She was frustrated and overwhelmed on doing my hair she was rough while washing my hair and rinsing it for a very long time my hair wasn’t been the same and still isn’t for about two months my hair smelt burnt my hair was a virgin never did anything to it I was iffy about her touching my hair but I was excited now I’m currently loosing a lot of hair from that experience I’ve kept my hair maintain and used expensive shampoos and nothing has worked

I’m so thankful I was recommended by my sister to Myka! She is the sweetest and knows what she is doing! She cares 110% about her work and gives the most effort I’ve ever seen a hairdresser give, hands down! I had gone to her with very dry damaged bleached hair that had a band of yellow and it looked horrible and we did a deep conditioning treatment and color touch and it turned out amazing on top of the cut!! Wow what can I say about this place. I went in to get a console regarding hair extensions. Brad and his side kick AJ was so wonderful to work with and gave me a lot of great information on how to take better care of my hair for example I was using my hot iron to hot. Silly it sounds but trust me Im so glad I took the time to visit with them about my hair and the frustrations of bad experiences I have had since moving to Midland. They also recommended great product to help get my hair back on track before we add hair extensions. I looking forward to working with the both soon. Trust me this is the place to go if you are frustrated that your hair dresses isnt listening.

Ive been trying to get the prices theres no price list on the website only services and the phones dont get answered. I find it really inconvenient to have to drive all the way over there for a first-time customer to just figure out their prices. the website seems pretty good doesnt have enough pictures or examples but it does give a description of each service and time frame but again theres no price how much do I know what Im going to be paying for the service and with no answer on the phones do I really need to drive all the way over there when I live in Gardendale just to get a price list and do they even have brochures with the price list when they dont even have them online or am I going to have to write it down somewhere prices for each service? it would be great if the phones would be answered or their websites would be more complete whistle disclosure on the fees.

Lisa Ontiveros amazes me! She does the best Brazilian Blowout I have EVER had! I am wanting to try hair extensions ( she specializes in extensions.) She utilizes 5 different types of extensions, so I am confident she can find one for just about any type of hair! Can’t wait to get lash extensions next time.

They are always friendly and welcoming. Love coming here to get my hair done! I have really fine hair and it can be hard to work with and color but Christy does wonders. My hair is never dry or frizzy afterwards and they all use quality products! They also offer a wide variety of other services. Cant wait to try them myself.

For all the reviews I read online and this being my first time coming here, I was really expecting a great experience....but thats not how my day went today. I was pretty upset on how I was treated, and how my hair came out. The girl who did my hair was pretty quiet, seemed like she was impatient while doing my hair. My hair didnt come out the way I was wanting. Then while blow-drying my hair, she had the blow dryer pretty close to my head and was burning my scalp like crazy. I honestly dont think Ill be going back again.

AJ is SO FANTASTIC! I came to her with terrible bleached out hair and in 2 appointments she transformed it all into something beautiful! Shes so easy to work with and really cares about her profession and her clients!

Went in at 11am yesterday to get my hair done. I had long brown hair that was well maintain, very rarely colored and kept extremely healthy. I told Levi that I wanted a charcoal ombré (black faded to grey) and a basic trim to get rid of dead and split ends. He said he could do it without any hesitation. After sitting there with him for 4 1/2 hours, I walked out with my hair over processed and falling out in chunks. The color is my natural color on top and a mix between brown, blonde, orange, and very little grey on the bottoms. My hair has never been so fried and damaged before in my life. We ran out of time (due to me having to go to work) and didn’t get time to even trim what he had damaged. He didn’t even admit to screwing up my hair but told me he didn’t feel right charging me even after all the work he did because the color didn’t have as much grey as he would have liked. He told me to fix it I could go to Sally’s and buy my own hair color and redo it. Needless to say, worse hair experience I’ve ever had and will not go back.

Ive had nasty adult acne for years after multiple doctor appointments and prescriptions, and thanks to Lesly Valadezs treatments and product recommendations, my face is so much healthier and looks way better. I highly encourage anyone with any acne below very severe level to give facials a try.
