I was stupid and didnt ask for an estimate...thought they were an honest family business. WRONG. They charged me 350 to replace plugs and wires.They not only charged me $153 for labor for an hours worth of work they marked parts up 50% plus added a bogus $15 micsc charge. If you do business with these folks I would definitely get a written estimate. Tell you the truth Im not even sure they changed out the plugs. Happens to be the same brand I had in their before. I seen the auto zone guy only bringing wires in with no plugs. Maybe they had them on hand maybe not. Will never do business with them again.

Car’s check engine, service traction, and service ESC lights were coming on randomly. Couldn’t really tell what was causing the issue. Within a day of bringing it in they had the issue diagnosed with a couple different options for solving the problem. They recommended we stay the cheapest route as they believed it would solve the issue instead of having to get a whole new computer for my car. What they seemed to do fixed my issue. They saved me so much money not having to take my car to a dealership to get a new computer programmed that I decided to just have them do a full tune up on my car while they had it! Haven’t noticed any issues since but I know if I do I’ll be returning. They’re a great company, great people, fair with pricing, and genuinely there to solve your problem and get you back on the road. All of that and for the cherry on top they taught me a bit about my car, taking care of it, and what oil my car needs (which I was told otherwise prior to our meeting and was actually a big reason why my car needed repairing in the first place).Thanks so much, Ashley’s Castle! The staff was courteous and accommodating of my short notice request to fix my exhaust. However, my hanger broke on the exhaust pipe and I took it into Muffler Man in East Pointe, MI during a business stay. The technician informed me the catalytic converter was installed in the wrong orientation. Also, the hanger for the catalytic converter was not used. This caused additional stress on the rear one, causing it to fail. The cost today to make it right is $280. Take your vehicle to a place that will get it right the first time.

Only people I trust in town. They were willing to work with me and helped solve the provlems with my vehicle within a couple days where other mechanics had other cars of mine for weeks! I cant thank mike enough...took...my..sons car..over..to..ashleys castle yesterday....most shops try to way over sell you of what you need..mike understood my sons just starting out in life and was honest and fair..of what work was needed....i also had questions for my own car...a hyandi.volster...which is harder..and more difficult to get parts for...put..he took..the..time..and qouted me a fair price..in camparision...to other shop ive talk to.......but...MIKE...of Ashleys Castle...took the time...and understands...not everyone that walks in the door...has to have everything replaced.......This... .is my car repair..place...from..on........you will see MY own car next.....!!!....Fair...and..honest.....thats...what...i found....Here.!!!!!....Thank you again....well..worth the 25 mile drive...!!!....from...bay county

They were very nice and didnt try to take advantage of myself being female with little mechanic knowledge. Repairs were done about 1/2 the cost of dealerships.

Tried calling to get a coolant flush cause the previous owner mixed coolants. Ashlie herself answered and asked very confusingly,” where did you put the coolant?” Then put me on hold saying she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Very unprofessional.

They did not repair my truck correctly after having it over a month. When I finally got my truck back it still was not fixed. When I talked to them about it they said they would have to charge me more money. I took it to someone else and they found and fixed the issue within a couple hours.
