Mike was extremely personable, as were his employees that we dealt with. Incredibly fair prices, and extremely timely service. Had the rear end end in our mountaineer replaced and Mike did it for far less than some other shops were quoting. 10/10 will be returning for future work.

We were traveling 3hrs to go camping. With a car full of kids and dogs, our SUVs driver side front wheel bearing went out. With about three miles of warning, the vehicle was nearly impossible to drive at speed, and was making horrific noises. This was on a saturday afternoon at about 3pm. We quickly exited the hwy and had no clue what we were going to do, being hours from home. My wife found Mikes online, called, and they took us immediately. We limped the car over there and in under an hour, we were back on the road. On top of all this, the price was well below fair. Mikes took what could have been a terrible evening, and did the right thing to get us taken care of. They could have charged us through the nose and we would have had no choice. Avoid at all costs.Our car was to be done early Saturday, they didnt start it until. SUNDAY, with zero communication until I showed up at his shop and threatened to report him and his shop to BBB and midland County.Now its Sunday night, they say it will be done at 5, then 7, then to show up at 915pm!!!! Which we did and guess what, car is NOT complete.Not only is the work not complete they dont seem to know whats going on, and seem confused. It was a clutch replacement job, which now, the car will not go in to reverse.It is 1030pm, my husband is still at the shop and they keep saying just 5 more minutes.Please avoid at all cost, there is a reason the price is so low, definitely reflects in quality of work done.I will be seeing them in court.

I messaged Mike and he was able to accommodate my schedule (the very next day), even when I had to change the time. He did exactly what I asked and didnt try to add more repairs. I showed him an estimate I got from a shop (which actually made me cry) and he was able verify what I need done. He told me what order I need to have each one completed and the time frame in which to come back to ensure our safety on the road. He also gave a price that was unbelievably lower than the big name company. Mike was honest, fair, and very easy to talk to. I live an hour and a half away but will gladly make the drive knowing we will be taken care of.

Not a licensed repair facility or a licensed vehicle dealer with the state of Michigan. Beware! Try again you are not licensed to do repairs at your “shop” and you are not insured if you’re so honest why don’t you get a repair facility license? Spin it however you want you are breaking the law and your customers have no recourse should you make a mistake. Telling people to come on here and give you reviews doesn’t change that!
