I HAD REACHED OUT TO DAMIAN ON JUNE 18, 2021 AROUND 3:00 P.M.- AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE COULD HELP- UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! I HAD CONFIRMED WITH HIM BEFORE THE UBER ARRIVED WHICH COST ME $50.00THAT HE COULD HELP MY SITUATION BETTER, BECAUSE THIS IS BUSINESS TRIP WITH THE NAISMITH INTERNATIONAL BASKETBALL FOUNDATION AND I NEEDED A CAR TO CONTACT THE HALL OF FAMES IN SPRINGFIELD,MASS. AND KNOXVILLE,TENN. WHEN I GET THERE HE INFORMS THE SAME RESPONSE THAT I JUST WENT THROUGH HERTZ AND I COULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS ALL TOGETHER! I HAVE BEEN STUCK IN RHODE ISLAND EVER SINCE!

My daughter and I were stranded in Saunderstown RI at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon with flights scheduled put of Boston-Logan back to the west coast early Saturday morning. Damion, at the Middletown RI Avis counter was so incredibly helpful. When all other rental agencies either put us on hold indefinitely, or worse yet simply hung up, he helped us secure a car and by 4:30 Friday evening we had a car to drive to make our flight out of Boston at 5:30 the next morning.Thank you Damion for going out of your way to help, for the amazing support and service and for saving us!

Renting a car from here was easy and convenient. Got a good price online and was here for no more than 10 minutes. No line at all. In fact, nobody else besides a couple of staff members. Granted these are unusual times we are in right now. Could use a little sprucing up, however.

With the virus going around, these cars should be thoroughly cleaned. Well they weren’t!!! I literally went through every available car for a clean one and found that none of them had been wiped down inside very well and lots of dog hair on seats along with smudge marks on interior. This is really surprising since other companies are going above and beyond regular cleaning procedures to kill viruses and bacteria from any surface exposed to customers.

Cars aren’t serviced properly. I had to get { 3 } cars during my trip due to the tire shredding on the highway(took 6hours for a tow), the 2nd vehicle had no oil and the third vehicle wasn’t cleaned properly. Horrible service. I would never rent a car from this company again.

I rented a car for the first time in Rhode Island, visiting from MN. I accidentally lost the key to the car and supposedly they didn’t have a spare key, they charged me to get a tow truck to their place, a tow truck to maintenance and charged me over $200 for the plastic metal key! How’s that for renting a car for the first time? It was hell! The guy by the name Damyon was extremely rude, and careless didn’t acknowledge my questions. He didn’t explain that if I were to loose a key or anything else there insurance would cover it. The owner Erin wasn’t helpful either he didn’t follow up with me as a customer that had paid $300 for renting their car I had to contact him about everything that was going on with the car since I had lost the key. Again this place was horrible!!! If I could give it a zero start I would! Go somewhere else to rent a vehicle!
