I called for a tow yesterday morning- Tuesday, was advised tow driver would come by promptly to my home to pick up vehicle. 5pm rolls around and I get a call saying- stuck at accident scene, will come by after- didn’t hear a thing all night. Called the office the next morning, didn’t seem to care, advised driver would come between 9am-5pm. I’m posting this at 2pm Wednesday, the day after my 1st call for a tow. In actuality, called and had another tow company take the car to the shop. I’m just glad I wasn’t stranded on the roadside if this is the type of service experience. Anyway, just be careful whom you use, turns out I was quoted $145 for a 10 mile tow, the tow company that stepped in was $50 cheaper and towed the vehicle in 18 mins from initial call for service. A tad disappointed at the service with this tow company. If accident scenes make more money for the business, then do that, don’t make promises to customers that you don’t intend to keep especially if it’s their only vehicle and need it serviced at a shop ASAP.

I was lamentable to get a level last night around 12 PM and took in my extra was level also. My insurance agency reached He subsequent to attempting other tow truck organizations with no karma. I had a punctured tire on a rental vehicle and was told by AAA that the tow truck would be 45 minutes. Fellow the tow transporter showed up shortly! He was amiable, well disposed and supportive! He worked really hard, thank you Guy!!!

They were very busy that evening, so my wait time was a bit long, but the driver backed my poor old car right into my driveway and let it off right where i normal park it!!! Nice Job...

DON’T EVER CALL. This car was broken down at my job, so I called this company for them. Not only was the guy’s car broke down his phone was dead too. They were the only company open on a Sunday in the area. First they said it would be a 35-50 minute wait. Then I called back they said the guy was still working another tow. Than they said the guy got pulled over. They had this guy wait over 2 hours in the hot sun and never showed up. And they had processed his payment. The guy had to call another company.

After initially telling me 30 to 45 minute wait, they called me back and said it would be another 35 to 45 minutes more. Then never showed up after 3 hours. They couldnt find their own driver!
