I called 5 places at 8 am everyone was to busy to help me they answered 2nd ring and immediately were willing to help. They were at my car towing me less than 5 mins later. The tow driver was a gentlemen opened my door for me and was extremely sweet. The receptionist was sweet and the office was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend using this garage !!!!

Ummmm. Paid $48 for something I thought was fixed. But to their credit my mechanic directly up the street overcharges so my car got towed to this shop by accident. I explained what was wrong with the car they didnt know. God bless their hearts. Didnt even ask for a refund because the mechanic tried to help. Its hard out here finding an affordable mechanic that can properly fix your car the first time. So my car went right back to expensive mechanic up the same street from Ricks auto....twisted cycle.

The worst customer service experience EVER! I had my car towed there because of AAAs recommendation. I clearly said I dont know whats wrong with the car I later got a phone call saying it was the belts. I had them replace the belts. When I picked up the car and asked if I can drive my car to the city, I was told I dont know, you said change the belts! I dont ever remember to to a trade school to become a mechanic!!! They were already bought out by AAA....needless to say, I took my car to Toyota and got the best customer service ever and my car repaired. Thank you JOHNSTON TOYOTA.......NO THANK YOU RICKS AUTO REPAIR!!!!! I WOULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!
