Frontier completed an underground installation, rolled up downed wire, and made connections in a timely manner. At no time were we without communications for more than a short time. Frontier lines are extremely important to us as we use them for both phone and internet. Without internet our cell phones would not function and we would be unable to have virtual medical appointments. Frontier is our link to the outside world.

We had a recent storm knock out our phone services and Frontier was able to send out a crew the next day to repair the damaged line. After 5 hours of repair I still have no dial tone. I was hoping they were maybe not done with the repair yet, but I just received a survey from them asking how my experience with Frontier went now that they completed fixing my phone line. Needless to say the repair crews did not so a good job. They never even asked if my phone was working yet or not. I am just going to cancel the service and use my cell for business purposes.

When you call Frontier with problem they come right out the next day! Easy to work with! Techs work locally and know the area.

Terrible internet and phone line connection. Internet is always dropping and at night its even worse. Cant watch a 45 minute show with out it continuously dropping. No other providers come down my road so Im stuck with them until I have other choices.

I wish I could rate this company as a zero..I no longer have service with Frontier however they have damamaged equipment (communication box) on the end of my driveway. Ive called several times to get them onto my property to fix the eye sore. Moreover, the equipment over the course of time (wiring and cables) has caused the paving under my driveway to buckle and crack which essentially warranted an unnecessary expense to redo my driveway. The customer service for this company is terrible; after long hold times and multiple transfers from one dept. to the next and or hang-ups....pls be prepared for at least a hour long call with no results and or missed appointments which necessitates going through the process over and over again.If they cant handle simple discrepancies and or provide a great level of care they do not deserve your money.

They are CRIMINALS, Nothing but Big business Bullies. I suggest you Record EVERY conversation with this company, they WILL RIP you OFF. I would do a negative 100stars if possible!! What a HORRIBLE experience, they act like common everyday thugs lying, and deceiving to steal people’s money for services NOT even provided. One person will tell you, You’ll get your money back, while two weeks later their notes disappear when it works negative for them for proper refunds.I would highly suggest anyone to record conversations if you have service troubles, closing your account, etc etc, and go through your bills because they are NOT an honest company. Hoping to get the Better Business Agency to investigate these liars thoroughly!!

Worse internet provider I have dealt with. Dial up, extremely low speeds along with bad service over the phone. They messed up on my bill twice and Ive had them 2 months. They dont take any notes and lie straight to your face about their pros of having frontier save your money and dont waste it on their prehistoric provider they call internet high speed DSL. They were supposed to credit me $75 because they tech could not come out on desired date which was December 2nd n they rescheduled for the 12th. Who goes that long without internet and I work from home. They ended up coming out on the 4th of December just to not install anything and leave a note saying we were not home and they waited as long as they could....but I was home on the 2nd when they didnt come as planned. Also paid a fee of $45 to reserve said date which I was told I had to pay to reserve said date. So said and done they shut my internet off said I failed payment without crediting my account. No internet and they said I owed $180 for a fee that was supposed to be waived. Tech fee is still there but he left a note saying we werent home but it was the 4th not the 2nd. DO NOT TAKE THEM AS A PROVIDER TRY SOMEONE NEW OR BETTER. PAY THE MORE TO GET MORE!

I called them up to change my phone number. When the rep advised a certain number I told him it was too complicated so he put me on hold and made fun of that. So unprofessional. In the middle of him servicing me, he talks to the other people working there. BAD.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. The speeds are terrible and when there is a problem it takes forever to be solved. There was (is) a short in my internet line (their faulty equipment) and someone was supposed to fix it on Friday (the 11th). I dont think the tech ever showed up. I was away for the weekend and when I returned the internet was still dropping due to the short in the line. I am currently on the phone with tech support (its Tuesday the 15th) and they are telling me that no one can come out until the 22nd. This problem started on the 7th of this month. Absolutely terrible! I wish I had another option.

I think the fact that my boyfriend and I being unable to use the internet on our PHONES at the same time says enough about the service. My phone data is faster then the internet speed, the Wi-Fi doesnt even reach our bedroom and we are just down the hallway from the router, we constantly have to reboot our router as it is always powering off. Terminating our service. Would not recommend to anyone, its cheaper but you definitely arent getting what you pay for.

This is an awful company, to even contact them it takes a wait of 20 to 30 minutes. The customer service is awful and the Wifi is intermittent at best. I was told that there is not promise that I will have WiFi when I want it, it depends on how many users. So every morning and evening when I want to use it I have none.

Horrible and very unreliable. Less then 1mbps download speed and our Internet constantly crashes forcIng us to bring one of their technicians to fix it. Never had such a horrible time with a company.

When I called the number provided for the Middletown Frontier office, I got a message indicating that I was the only one at the meeting; several minutes later someone else came on the line indicating that they were trying to contact Frontier too.
