Ive been going here for a few years now, and its always a great experience from check-in to check-out. All of the staff are pleasant and appointments are timely. Peggy is a terrific hygienist, very thorough but makes you comfortable while she works. All of the dentists are great, but Ive had the most experience with Dr. Cross, who does outstanding work. (I have some fillings that blend so well, you cant even tell they are there!) Highly recommend everyone here!

I absolutely love the staff here. I highly recommend hygienist Peggy Morrill. My teeth always feel absolutely amazing when she is done. No pain at all. This office truly makes it easy to go to the dentist. I highly recommend this office to anyone I know.

I have had multiple cavities due having to having anxiety of going to the dentist. I was not following up and getting the right care. I have been lucky enough to have DMD K. working on my and every appointment I hand had has been easy and painless. I highly recommend Middlesex dental.

What an extremely satisfying experience to have the talented and meticulous Dr. Wilcox work on my front teeth caps. You would be hard pressed to be able to discern my real teeth from the caps.The effort and detail he provided was outstanding. Thank you for helping me smile again.

The entire staff from checking in to checking out were all very courteous and friendly. My Hygenist Dorothy was exceptional not only in the cleaning she performed but also was extremely personable. Dr. Cross who did my check was professional and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

Great dentist. My foreign exchange student had a dental emergency (two broken teeth from a bike accident) and they took her right away and were very careful to fix her teeth without going over her insurance coverage. She had never been to a dentist before and they were very caring and patient with her.

I was a patient of this office prior to Middlesex Dental Care taking over and continued my care thereafter. I went in for a routine cleaning and also for a filling. The office failed to tell me that they were no longer in network with my dental insurance. Had I known, I would not have gone to this office to pay over $200 in addition to the fees I am already paying in order to have dental insurance!After my visit, I received a $200+ bill for my visit. When I called regarding the bill and asked why I wasnt told that they were no longer in network with my insurance, the office assistant essentially told me that I should have asked and that its not their responsibility to tell me ... OK.... But I did ask if I was all set with insurance when I walked in for my visit and was told all set. I didnt realize I had to specifically ask are you still in network with my insurance. Thats honestly not a question that one asks if they are coming in for continued visits when they were covered by their insurance for prior visits. Horrible customer service! And higher prices than other dental offices.This may have been a two star review if the person I spoke to when I got my bill had a little bit of compassion or even apologized for the misunderstanding. However, she was rude, condescending and placed all the blame on me. At the very least, this was a shared mistake ... with most of the blame for failing to advise their patient of no longer being in network with the patients insurance falling on Middlesex Dental Care! I would not recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Wilcox and assistant, Amanda went to creative and functional extremes to save my bridge and two decaying, root canaled teeth holding it in place. Skill and art saved three functional teeth.I highly recommend the staff at Middlesex Dental Care LLC.Dr. P. Tom Sylvester
