I cant remember the name of the guys that took my info but he was very polite, but I went in for an oil change Thursday or Friday of last week and my car had no leaks whatsoever, my family an I stayed in that weekend so the car was park in the garage until Monday morning. And when I backed out to leave my husband saw the puddle of black fluid on the floor. I dont really know what I should do because Ive had my car (2018 Santa fe) for less than a year and never had any leaks until then... not saying they did a bad job, just that I dont want my car falling apart just yet.

Had my Toyota Rav 4 in for periodic oil change. Crew checked tire pressure, air filters, etc,, as part of their normal process ( I like this attention). When they checked cabin air filter, found that some critter had made a nest there. They cleaned out the mess and put a new air filter in.When I left the facility, I noticed that my idling was rough at the 1st stop light. Went shopping and when I got close to home the check engine light, 4 wheel drive light and anti-skid light came on. Called the Valvoline shop, told them what I had and asked if there could have been something they did or overlooked that could cause these problems.The guy was very nice, asked me if I could bring the vehicle back so they could check it out. Went back to shop, guy came out, popped the hood and immediately saw the problem: vacuum hose was disconnected!Saved me from having to wait over the weekend and possibly having to make an appointment with my preferred garage.These guys are great!!!

The young man that did my oil chAnge and billing, was very nice and very professional. They checked everything in the car which i was not expecting. Very good staff, Ill be back for sure.

Lots of cars in line but they moved quickly. The only thing that I didnt like is how they pressure you to purchase way overpriced products.

First time using Valvoline Instant Oil Change service. I am very impressed. My service tech Mike was very personable and friendly. He did the service checks very efficiently and topped off all my fluids and tire pressure. I had an online coupon for 50% off so the price was right. In and out for less than 23 bucks.

I went to get my tire filled with air and was in and out early in the AM. Emilee is great. She knows her stuff and us very personable.

DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A SCAM! They did not tighten the bolt under my car where the oil is drained and my car locked up from oil drain. They also told me my battery needed replaced. I went and had my battery checked at O’Reilly‘s auto store and they told me my battery is still running strong. They are very friendly guys and they will give you a safe and caring impression. I’m warning you do not go here. After my third visit I caught on to the shadiness of they’re business.

Great guys! told me what was up and what needed fixed and asked me if it was okay to do something before they did. Very thorough and kind people :) It wasnt the cheapest oil change Ive had but it was definitely worth the little extra bit of money!

The wait was about 45 minutes, but I guess that means that people are literally lining up to get service. Prices are a little high, but the service is thorough and very friendly and professional so that balances out.

Ive never been excited for an oil change before, but this was awesome. Felt like I was a NASCAR driver at a pit stop. Multiple mechanics working together simultaneously to handle my oil change, air filter, and a headlight and taillight replacement. As for COVID, everyone was wearing masks and gloves, and I didnt even have to leave my car. Ill be looking for more Valvoline locations in the future!

Had to wait a few minutes but not more than 15. Mechanics were very professional, quick, the manager (Pete) was very informative, I would say the value is in getting in and out of there so quickly. Its about double the cost of going to the regular shop, however, youre out in less than half the time and dont need an appointment. I would definitely go back to this location.

I brought my truck to Valvoline in Middletown Ohio on Breiel Blvd for a complete 4x4 fluid flush and fill. My truck was fine when I pulled in, but when I pulled out the next day I noticed my truck was leaking transmission fluid. I thought, no problem, being a big company they would fix it. I drove all the way back there, pulled in and they blew me off saying they didn’t cause the truck to leak and blamed it on a bad seal. I knew my truck was under a warranty, so I took it to the Ford dealership and they said ohhhhh wow!! My truck was 6 quarts over full and then explained to me with it being that much over full could have caused it to damage the seal.I had never had an issue with any leaking until Valvoline over filled my fluid by 6 Quarts!!!! I just want to let people know that if you do go to this store please make sure to check your own fluids. This repair just costed me $340 dollars to fix on top of the $300 I spent Initially. I definitely will never bring my car or truck back, and I will definitely continue to spread the news of Beware!! It’s a shame they won’t stand behind their work or own up to the issue so the only one who loses is the customer. I have been treated like a fool, causing mistrust for future services. I truly hope this didn’t cause further damage to my transmission, and at this point now only time will tell. I hope everyone please reads this before having them do any services on your vehicle.

The employees were very friendly and helpful and it was inexpensive.

The staff there was friendly and informative. My only issue was that the rear wiper blade they put on didnt cover the full area. They tried several of the same models so Im satisfied that they did their best to solve the problem but ultimately I still need to buy a new rear wiper. I drive a Dodge Journey, so fair warning.

My first time there I was unsure if it was a drive-through service or not. I parked in the back of the parking lot and started to make my way to the building when I was greeted by someone who welcomed me, asked how they could help, and directed me to drive into the bay when I said I needed an oil change. The crew was extremely nice and professional and service was quick! I plan to get all of my oil changes through this location now.

Henry was competent and honest. What I was quoted was what I got and i was charged the price quoted. As they checked my fluids and tires and when they put my new clean out in, they communicated with me and showed me the new clean oil level which was accurate. I felt respected as a customer and overall was very satisfied with their service.

I came here after having a terrible experience with Jiffy Lube where they caused nearly $1,000 worth of damage to one of my vehicles during a routine oil change, so I didnt have high hopes. After coming to Valvoline I can say its better in every way. I like that you can stay in your vehicle and they show you what theyre doing. I didnt have to wait long. I will definitely come back!

I usually take car of my own oil changes, however my wife had to go out of town unexpectedly and I didnt have time to change it so I sent her here. I told her to make sure to tell them FULL synthetic. She said everyone was very nice and fast so that I liked to hear however when I saw it was $90 for the oil change and it was only (according to sticker they put on the window) synthetic blend not full synthetic for $90 it seems way over priced for a oil change.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but until people speak up bad service will continue. I was never greeted. I have never been to a valvoline oil change, after waiting several minutes outside my car they finally motion me to pull into the bay. Very sour faced asked Ive ever been there before. Long story short, I pull out after the oil change, the oil reset light still says oil change soon. I smell burning oil very strong I look under the hood when I get home and oil is poured all down the engine, even all over some electrical parts. Oil is on the plastic piece over top of the engine too. I hope the oil will not damage the electric components. I pay too much money for my vehicles to have them recklessly handled. I will never take my vehicles to a Valvoline again!

Took my wife’s car ( 2015 Kia Sorento ) ( 60k miles ) for an oil change Saturday, March 14, 2020 and now it’s leaking oil from the oil filter area! They will be receiving a nasty phone call from me tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM. They will replace the oil and the filter for free and they have lost my business! My mother told me not to trust Valvoline shops and I now encourage everyone else to go elsewhere! I stopped taking my 2016 Accord just recently because I saved $20 per oil change at the Honda dealer!

I went to this place and they were very nice! Although I do think that they are expensive, especially when they start telling you that you really need this or that changed or replaced! By the time they got done I ended up owing them $160 plus dollars! Now, me being a senior aged female, probably didnt help me any! Ladies, be careful with things and places like this! Even men who dont know about car maintenance and such, should be careful! Ive definitely gotten a rude awakening!

Great service! The crew is always friendly and never try to up-sell you. I always go for oil changes but get a lot of my preventative maintenance down there as well (tire rotation, transmission service, transfer case oil changes, power steering, etc.). The crew is always great at explaining services and prices. I have gone to Valvoline for several years, this location and one in Mason, and have never gone anywhere else since. I am on my 2nd vehicle with them. Service is always fast, I like that I can sit in the vehicle while they work on it. Unless Im getting several things done at once Im rarely there over 30 mins and no appointment making!

Im a local used car dealer / enthusiast. Ive been here twice. About 6 months ago I took my Subaru for an oil change, and they didnt use the oil pumps to fill the oil. They used an old oil container. After I left, I checked the oil myself and it was BLACK. I think they put used oil back into my engine. Having forgot about that incident, I went back last week to have the oil in my Infiniti G35 changed. They did the standard check. They told me I needed both sides rear turn signal bulbs. I declined the purchase. After I left, I checked the rear bulbs and there was nothing wrong with them. I did check the oil before I left however and it was new. Im not entirely sure it was the synthetic I requested but it is newer. I dont have any evidence, but my gut instinct tells me this place is shady. I wont be going back. Also stay away from jiffy lube in springboro. Friend had a check engine light and they quoted him $700 to replace spark plugs, wires, and coil in a Kia soul. $40 in new plugs solved the problem. Be aware people. Always get 3 opinions and 3 quotes.
