Let me begin by saying, outstanding service! My husband brought his GMC here for shocks, struts, and wheel bearings. Steve and the team looked over the entire thing and made sure nothing was missed. It was a big job and they were up for the challenge. Overall I’m happy with the tires and the work done. There was a mix up with the rebate. The tires that I bought were not covered. I was under the impression that they were. Not to go on and on, I placed a call to Mavis on Saturday. Chris called my back on Monday and said he would refund me the amount of the rebate.I did appreciate the follow through.

I ran over a big screw that lodged its way into my tire, and I was still 50 miles from home, and the shop was really busy and about to close, and still fixed it in literally 5 minutes. Much appreciated!

These guys are amazing! I explained my problem to Tino and Steve who quickly led me to Sebastian, a great mechanic who did more than enough. I was able to come in, get a quick diagnosis, and same day repair. They led the way. I’m used to the run around and the price gauging of mechanics who are more about running up a tab than actually helping the customers. These guys are different. They gave me many options and worked with me on the work I needed done. Will definitely return.

Steve at Mavis in Middletown NY was wonderful. My tire was leaking air. I stopped at Firestone and they sent me away-a 60 year old woman in crisis and they did not care at all. I pulled into Mavis- the tire was now flat and, though they were fully booked - they took care of me. Steve fixed me up and I was on my way. I’m a new fan.

I had an appointment for a NYS inspection. They took me in early! Upon checking me in, they remembered me from last time and asked how I was. I was only sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes before I was all set. Check out was breezy and Tio on staff (as well as the general manager) was very professional and friendly. Will be traveling the 30 minutes to get serviced here because it’s worth it!

This past weekend on my way to upstate, I caught a flat and luckily when I pulled off the exit there was a Mavis Discount. Tino, the customer service agent at the front was polite, professional and patient. And although I was a walk in, they made every effort to expedite the process thanks to the management of Chris. The mechanic who I forgot his name was efficient and through. Although my original arrival time was delayed due to the flat, I was comforted by the fact that the Mavis at 560 E NYS Route 211 came to the rescue.

I have been to a number of different shops, that were either clueless or just plan rip offs. Mavis was wonderful and very informative and helped me to save money too.

Ive been here several times now and everytime has been a blessing. The manager Steve is always looking to help his customers where he can. He helped me with using my flex shopper account to pay for my bill and got my wheel bearings done for an amazing price! I have been to a few mavis shops and I gotta say this one is by far my favorite! Always straight to the point and very understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

It’s never ideal to find a nail in your tire... but Chris found a way to make it less painful! He listened to my concerns, examined the tire with me and had it patched within 10 minutes. When I called the night before, I was told I may have to wait - so the speedy resolution was a wonderful surprise! Professional, personable and very affordable. Highly recommend.

Had brought my Jeep in for tires, alignment and an inspection. Turns out I had an unknown issue that I didnt expect. They took great care of us. That kind of Sunday.. nail in my tire and no place would help me! I went to 5 shops between dolson ( dolsen mavis, dolsen tire, Monroe mufflers, Firestone tire, Wal-Mart auto ) - 211..no one had time to do a plug... except Mavis Discount Tire (560 Route 211 East, Middletown, NY), who told me they had a couple hour wait, when I said I been to 5 places and really need help, Shane went out to see if he could fix it real quick and he did!!I have always had good experience at this Mavis but since its furtherfrom my house I tried places on dolsen.. who were no help at all! Thank you Shane for going above and beyond!! I can now safely transport my little ones and I will be back to get my tires replaced soon!!

The crew here always does right by my Camry. I live in Port Jervis, travel to Middletown for tires and repairs. Another customer here from Newburgh. We agreed on why we travel: Because of the customer care and great service. Today, they took care of tire balancing, which stopped the rattling on the highway. Also pointed out my snow tires, which are softer and meant for cold weather, may give me trouble in the heat. Guess what I am coming back for next payday?

I have been a customer with Mavis for over 10 years. I previously lived in SI and would go to locations throughout NY. I recently moved and this is the closest Mavis location. I have been to this location three times and not once have I received any assistance with anything Ive come for. I have a tire warranty with Mavis and went to this location due to my tire light coming on. The young lady was no help what so ever. I tried explaining to her that I believed I had a nail in my tire and she told me there was no one that could assist me and pointed me in the direction of the free air to fill my tires.... No problem. I filled my tires with air to the desired levels and the next day the light came back on. Traveled back to this location and still received no assistance. Third time is a charm 😂. I needed an oil change called the day before and made an appointment. They had all my information in the computer, name, make, model and made my appointment for 9am. Get there early around 8:30 and they have me wait until 9:30am only to tell me they dont have the oil for my car. I ask them are they going to order the oil and the gentleman not only has an attitude because Im inquiring if they are going to honor my appointment, but then proceeds to tell me he doesnt want to deal with my car type because he previously had to pay for someones engine. My issue is I spoke to him the previous day and he stated the make & model of my car and never said it was an issue when he gave me the appointment. I wasted over an hour for him to finally say he doesnt want to do an oil change on my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

I had a great experience today and wanted to share it with others. As soon as the doors opened, there was a rush of customers who poured in. As I waited my turn, I observed one by one how each individual was being treated with respect, and made to feel that their problem was important to the staff. One older gentleman was experiencing some issues with his vehicle after a major snow storm, and instead of instantly taking in the car for an easy cash grab, they suggested he try some other less costly solutions that may solve his problem. The level of integrity shown in that moment earned my business and respect. They took my vehicle in, had great communication throughout the process, and did the work at a more than reasonable price. They offered other additional services, explained why they would benefit me, in a way that did not feel pressured or trying to upsell me something I didnt need. I watched each person in front of me receive the same level of service, and I am convinced this wasnt just a fluke, but the way they go to business every day. I dont look forward to the day I have another emergency vehicle issue, but I now know exactly who to go to if I ever have to again. A sincere thank you and appreciation. Everyone complains when something isnt right, but you deserve equal praise when you do something exceptional. They did it today!

Had an inspection appointment Scheduled on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:45 walked in and said goodmorning. The clerk said nothing to me at all then proceeded to help the person that walked in after me. I waited then I said hello Im here for my 11am app. The front desk clerk was very rude and condescending towards me. He then said that my name was not in the system and that I did not have an appointment and that he could not inspect my car today so I said OK fine thank you very much but as I was walking to my car (2020 LandRover) I realized that I had a email confirmation so I went back in and I said excuse me sir here is my email confirmation he said well I still cant see you because I have nobody to inspect your car and I have too many cars in here today Very rude and nasty to me but I did notice how helpful and polite he was to the guy that walked in after me in which he had no appointment his car was towed in with a flat tire. I made sure I was extra polite to him because that front desk clerk was extra nasty to me. (I knew the real deal here) pleaseTake note of how first he said my name wasnt in the system as having an appointment then when I presented the email he then said he had no one on the Premises to inspect my car. I will never Patronize this establishment in life. I also called corporate and never received the call back in regard to my experience at the establishment on 211 in Middletown NY. BTW I called Firestone and they serviced my car that same Sunday at 12 noon shame on you Mavis.

The staff here (Rt. 211) have never let me down, theyre one of the only places around here I trust my car to. Every time Ive gone there they are thorough and actually talk to you about whats up with your car. Staff has always been friendly, theyre knowledgeable and honest. Amazing service!!! Christopher was able to help me get a very last minute none fixable leak, meaning I would have had to purchase a new tire. However, with the tire warranty it was beyond extremely affordable!! And he was able to help me in less than 30 minutes!!! As a single mother of two young babies this is very important!! Mavis on 211 will continue to be my go to spot for all my tire work!!

They get 4 stars because the manager is a decent human being who communicates and owns up to mistakes. After one person repeatedly gave me a bogus time of completion the manager came out to talk and apologize and make it right. The work on my vehicle was good, they were knowledgeable about my vehicle and repairs/replacement but communication issues kept it from a higher rating. Other than the extra long wait time it wasnt a bad experience.

We were able to talk to the store manager and he worked out everything for us. Hes super friendly and he worked with us, making sure everything is all good. Talk to him when you go here.

I was there a week ago with flat tire of my Tesla. I was told by other auto repair shop that it’s not fixable so need to get a new tire but manager Chris did instant fix the flat tire in just a few minutes.Now this mavis repair /tire center will be my regular place for future needs. I was helped by a gentleman named Steve and he was very helpful. I made a reservation but apparently it was at a different location but he helped me out and cancelled my reservation at the other location and fit me into there already booked schedule. The team there were very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail for me. I am very happy and my car is very happy as well with no fingerprints on the interior. Brought my car in late last night and the lady behind the counter (I forgot her name I’m sorry) but she was very friendly and helpful and even remembered me from a year ago when I was last in there without looking at a file. They did a great job and did their best to find any and all discounts possible and explained everything through the process. Came this morning and picked up my car and spoke with Chris and Shane and they were great, really personable and friendly and helpful. Explained what they did and exercised any caution I should know and made me feel like I was more than just a sales receipt. If all the mavis locations I would recommend this one, even if it’s a little out of the way you won’t be dissappointed

Great experience as always at Mavis Route 211 Middletown location. Jessica handled my call and scheduled my appointment, she is Awesome! So is Chris, who greeted me this am and promptly got me through to my service technician Chuck, who did an awesome job mounting and balancing my new tires, also doing my front brakes and rotors too.
