I have soooo many good things to say about this treatment center! Great people running PAX and the workers care and it shows! I had left my last rehab due to shady business, So when I called I was out of meds, PAX was able to get me in the next day early A.M and the whole process was amazing. My assessment and the whole process took maybe an hour and half. The building is tucked away and looks like a normal rehab but when you walk in the door it is sooo nice, and clean 👍🏻 The nicest rehab I’ve ever been to and this is my third over four years. Always offering drinks or food ❤️ Honestly I feel like I’m with family when I’m at PAX. At the front desk I met Charlie, Wow what a nice guy. My apt. Was early, I think I was one of the first apts. and I was the only person in there. He helped me with any questions I had and also he asked me if I wanted to listen to music to which I said yes ❤️ I asked him to play TOOL in which he did. Jason did my assessment and he was awesome, funny and a great guy, very professional! Explained everything and how PAX worked. The nurse I don’t remember her name but she is the sweetest. The Dr. does take his time and asks a lot of questions but he cares and he’s not rushing you to get off the meds which I love. I hated that at other places. I need this medicine to stay clean and survive. They just added methadone also. I wanted to say please be respectful and nice to these workers! If you’ve ever been to another rehab you know that sometimes they get behind and it takes longer, don’t be rude and ask a million questions like is it my turn or how much longer just wait your turn, they’ll get too you ASAP. They do care and doing their best to make everyone happy. I seen a comment on here about someone saying they discriminate. I call BS, I’ve seen nothing but the upmost respect to everyone that walks in that building. Thanks sooooo much PAX treatment center. I appreciate ALL of you very much, thanks for all your hard work everyday!l

This is the best recovery facility I have ever visited. The staff is kind and courteous. The office and restrooms are very clean. In my opinion if you are ready to make a lifestyle change and your serious about your sobriety then this is the clinic for you. What other clinic in Cincinnati offers complimentary lunch?? They had barbecue, Chinese, and pizza. The clinic knows how to treat their patients with compassion, way to go Pax!!

Love the staff. They have always treated me with respect and dignity. They have never judged me and they have always made me feel wanted and welcomed here.

Hold out your meds like a carrot, if you dont jump you cannot have it. Then if you question them they kick you out.In addition I had a friend of mine who was it with them. He went to rehab for a while and then came back out and was supposed to go back to Pax. When he called they denied him to participate. So they are discriminatory and illegal I believe to stop anyone from attempting to get help
