Not only one of the most professional contractors we have ever worked with, but fast, reliable - and produced the most meticulous and beautiful work. We are SO happy with our amazing patio, Randy helped us pick out our stone, deliver it to our home, and has one of the hardest working teams in the business. We would recommend to anyone, will hire again for many more projects in the future!

We contacted Marrs Contracting after some issues were discovered on our home inspection report that needed to be addressed before closing and after other contractors in the area did not return our calls to get an estimate. Randy came out the next day to review all our problems and provided a great quote to fix our home. They scheduled the repairs to ensure that they would be completed prior to us closing and the work was completed quickly and smoothly. Our issues ranged from a broken doorbell to redoing flashing around our patio door to ensure no moisture would enter the home. I highly recommend anyone that needs any type of repair or remodeling to reach out to Randy and his team first.

Randy and his team are great. They have now performed two house projects for us with minimal issues. Our previous home owner did some questionable things and Randy was always willing to walk us step by step through the issues and concerns to make sure we understood what was done and what was needed to correct the situation. He and the team are always pleasant, professional and do quality work. It also doesnt hurt that they are never at the top price range from quotes received. We will be calling Randy and his team for any additional home improvement projects that need to be done.

We are almost at the end of our addition project. I almost hesitate to praise Randy Marrs so much because it would make it hard to get on his schedule for future projects; however, our sunroom is gorgeous. We tried several times to bring this room to reality, but if Randy didnt create the drawings from our soup to nuts list we would still be waiting. Highly recommend this family business to anyone that wants great quality work and pride in craftsmanship; however, you need time and patience because one person needs a little time to make sure things are done right. I had some damage to my upstairs bedroom balcony which resulted in a ceiling leak after a storm not covered by insurance Not only did Randy actually answer the phone but came out that afternoon & examined it & gave me an estimate which was right on They were able to do job within days His work crew were great & did an awesome job I would highly reccomend them & would not hesitate to use them in the future
