They were three hours late when they first arrived but they did a good job at cleaning up the flood in our basement. The issue is within their communication. They couldnt figure out my phone number for 2 weeks for some reason and would just show up (which is rather obnoxious when you have loud dogs and a sleeping baby). Then, they are apparently not used to the customer paying for the clean up instead of an insurance company. It took me over a week AFTER the service was completed to get them to answer the phone (I swear I left 10 messages and even went in person and finally got so frustrated I called corporate office). Then it took even longer to get the bill. So once I got the bill I paid it immediately. I waited several days after not seeing the check clear my account and messaged to see if they had gotten it (had to use a drop box). The finance person calls me telling me my bill is in and asking me how I want to pay it.... I told them I did and he says oh, yeah its right here. Basically the work that was completed was great, but everything else was a nightmare. They need to seriously work on their customer service and communication.
Micah did a fantastic job with our sewage backup cleanup. She explained everything and was very polite.
Chris and his team at Integrity did an outstanding job. They were very professional and did a great job on replacing a very large and complicated roof project. No delays were encountered and they finished the job in 3 days, from tear off to finish, others had quoted 7 days or more. I was very impressed with how his team worked as a team . The roof looks fantastic. I would and have recommended Integrity to others.Great job...
They were great, fast, and the owner Chris responds every time there were questions or concerns. Everyone was very professional and worked quickly. They tried to accommodate my schedule and was very understanding. Highly recommend them for your home repairs.
