AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! If zero stars was an option, thats what this place would get. i have been there twice trying to get bloodwork done for my PCP and they have screwed up my orders and didnt draw the correct tests TWICE. Now they are saying I have to take off work to go back a third time. NO FREAKING WAY! I am starting to wonder if this isn board line MALPRACTICE.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The lady to greet us at the door for COVID checkpoint was very welcoming. Both of the phlebotomist were very efficient and had us in and out in little to no time. Very happy with our experience here.

Hours on the website were posted wrong. This not only means that I had to leave the house when I was extremely sick but it also means now that the called I had to drop off will not be processed in any sort of timely manner for me to get treatment and get better

I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and was never seen.

Horrible customer service. My husband had an appointment at 8:15am and he finally left at 10am as NO ONE saw him. He tried knocking on the window and calling to get assistance. I even tried calling, no answer. His appointment was at 8:30 and when he got there early as told to, they were not even opened. He saw employees come in after 8:30am. I cannot believe no one assisted or took him back, all he needed was routine blood work. We will not be using this location ever again.

Employee at the door did not even acknowledge we were there. Not even any direction on what we were suppose to do. This by far has been one of the worst experiences in getting lab work done. I would not ever recommend this facility to anyone. My suggestion would be to inform the employees on how to great paying customers. Especially since most of them are not feeling well. Very disappointing!!
