Horrible customer service. Im trying to make a payment 3 months and never is manager on site where there is a sign will return in 15 minutes. Never returns Ive wasted a lot of time sitting were going back there and the sign is still there and nobody is there still. Then I will call and they cant take a payment from me when I try to make it online and they cant take the payment online. Need to get their act together thats all I can say. I am somebody that deals with the public day in and day out and if we treated customers like this we wouldnt have a business. I also want to add the previous management before moovein took over was great she was there the hours she was supposed to be and always got back to you immediately we miss you Sissy!!!! Maybe you should think about getting her back. I am not one to give bad reviews because I know how it can ruin a business but I am so fed up trying to chase these people to make a payment its ridiculous!!my stuff will be out of there soon as the nice weather comes!!! that you could be sure of and I will never return

Im having an issue with roaches in my storage unit and this was newly discovered last week. According to workers who installed new doors at the facility last week, there is an infestation of roaches,mice, and rats in the surrounding units of my location. I have called for resolution and Dana (GM) called me on Friday to state exterminator would be there and she would call me to let me know their plan .I went there Friday and the exterminator came, but no one was there to give them access. At this point, Im looking for restitution for my property. No one is getting back to me regarding this matter. Ive left several messages for Dana and she apparently could care less because she hasnt called me back. I went to location again today and no one was there. I need someone to contact me immediately. Perhaps small claims may be my best course of action and let the judge decide the outcome.

TURN AROUND AND RUN.3 months and still no response from management on when I can have my key back and gain access to my unit to access my property inside. This is due to me dropping my key off while they install new doors. No more site manager to respond to any calls or emails.Security gate has been WIDE open for 3 months and doesn’t close. And there are posted notes made of paper and cardboard taped on the site managers (Holly) window that say “liar” “liar” “I’m cutting my lock and done paying for this place”If ownership doesn’t have a solution for me I am done paying for this place and expecting my property to be attainable in a timely fashion. So sad that I have to be THANKFUL that I don’t even keep my motorcycle here anymore.You don’t deserve my money any more or anyone else who has valuable belonging being stored here. The place is a dump, the security gate is wide open, and no one is there to assist you with basic things a business should be able to handle. I can’t WAIT to sign up for a storage unit elsehwere and delete Moove-in’s number from my phone for good. But not until I get refunded for my months and months of waiting FOR NOTHING.

Would be ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Place has been abandoned!!! This is going on 3 months now. NO one to answer a call, email, nothing!!! If you have stuff here get it out ASAP!!! Shady criminals

A dump gate is broken units are open rain and trash all around also no onsite management.

I am unable to sign in and the system is not cooperating.....I had my password set on save....and it did not say it and I reset it as instructed but it wont accept my new password..I am trying to pay my bill...and I cant get to the site..I have tried numerous times and still no resolution I cant even leave a comment cause I need my password I am totally frustrated.

They suck at taking payments, the office has terrible hours. The storage lockers are infested with mice. Ceilings in units are falling & the customer service is terrible.
