I absolutely love this storage facility. I have a climate controlled unit and it’s excellent. I believe Stephanie is the lady I spoke to and she is so nice and professional. I also really like the 24 hour access. I would definitely recommend this facility to someone who needs a storage unit.

Facility is clean, new and well-lit. Area is comfortable also. They also go above & beyond to welcome you & make your move in as seamless as they can. Having used a different store before (a different area also, to be fair), this location is top notch.

Overall a great experience! The staff was genuine and eager to help. The member that assisted me helped to put me at ease throughout the process. She skillfully guided my decisions in regards to the size of the unit also offering advice. She also didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions. I didnt feel like a bother to her. The unit I am renting is also nicely insulated. I would definitely recommend Life Storages services to anyone I come in contact with who may need it. Im happy I chose this place. Definitely an easy 5 star rating!

Its less expensive than others in the area. Its quite a small operation. They are undergoing construction that makes it very difficult to drive up to your unit; the road is narrow and a truck couldnt make the corner so we ended up having to carry everything a distance. Still the units are fine and the woman working tried to be kind and helpful.

Management is friendly, helpful and professional. Prices are fair, even for climate controlled spaces, and the facility is kept clean. Facility is gated with your personal security code and available 24/7 and staffed 7 days/week. Carts available to help you move stuff in.

I sold my home and had to move my whole life to Life Storage #013 in Middletown NY until I could find a home there. I had to rent over the phone as I was 2000 miles away and it went so smoothly with zero mistakes. Beth and Amber bent over backwards to help me. I would highly recommend this place!

I have had a unit at Uncle Bobs Middletown for over 4 years. The facility is well maintained and well lit, and I feel secure keeping my belongings there and also going there to access my unit day or night. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and is readily accessible by phone or in person. They know me and greet me by name when I stop by. When I first shopped for a unit, they helped me determine the best size for my storage needs and budget. I would highly recommend Uncle Bobs Middletown .

Price kept going up. My storage unit had mice and there were droppings everywhere. There were 2 dead mice inside my washing machine. Had to throw a lot away. Not worth what they charged.

Life storage made my move easy and they are open on Sunday which was a huge deal for me and they even loan me a truck for 6hrs free of charge as long as you dont do more than 50 miles
