The ladies at the Middletown office are great they are always professional and willing to help with whatever your needs are. I would highly recommend the Middletown I storage!

Painless rental, fast, good humored, good location. Most of the paperwork done on the internet. I used Photoshop to fill in the form. Easy to memorize code for the gate, which worked flawlessly. Two dollies in good shape, wheels did not freeze in place. Adequate lighting. Bought a gorilla lock with 3 keys. They use a wood pallet to keep everything above floor level. Door opened easily. Floors were spotless, nothing to catch the dolly wheels. Office well lit, not cluttered, clean, air conditioned. Manager guessed my name, polite, professional, refrained from mindless chit chat.

Facilities are good enough; office staff was stellar. Good-natured and super helpful.

Very clean and well maintained facility. Over the past few months the new manager Kerri and her assistant manager Patti have been very helpful with questions or concerns. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. istorage should be proud of these two individuals working for their company!

First off, iStorage has the best rates for storage units of any facility in the area. Trust me, I did my research! Secondly, Kerri (manager) was amazing! I was having a horrible day with literally everything falling apart when it came to our move. The movers didnt show up, utility providers being difficult with ending service, etc etc.. However, iStorage and Kerri in particular were amazing. I had reserved 2 units online because I wasnt sure which unit would fit all of our things. Kerri held them and helped me decide which would be best and it worked out perfectly. She was hospitable, understanding, and professional. She explained everything I needed to know about the rental process, sorted out all the paperwork for easy signing, and walked me to the unit to give me a tour of the grounds. She even offered to sweep away a pile of leaves that had accumulated near the unit and removed some old pallets nearby. When my gate code didnt work immediately (takes about an hour for the system to catch up), she was quick to provide me with a temporary code. Kerri and iStorage have without a doubt been the only positive experience my family and I had with our moving process. Thank you soooo much Kerri. A++++++ customer service.

My family and I had been looking for quite sometime for a clean and welcoming storage unit to place our belongings while we are in the process of moving and decorating our new place and I happened to come across iStorage on google so I decided to do a little more research. After looking through some reviews and meeting with Erin Avery who reassured me that with iStorage our belongings would be safe as well as greatly looked after I was confident and comfortable enough to call a storage unit here a home for our belongings. Great experience. I reserved my unit online and when I got to the office I was warmly greeted by Erin. I explained that I was on a time crunch and she assured me she would process my papers quickly. We recently downsized our unit after reorganizing and donating gently used items to charity. Kerri and Erin in the local office immediately and seamlessly facilitated that transition. A minor paperwork issue arose after that, but Kerri was immediately available by phone—and she and I resolved it with a quick face-to-face appointment a day later. Our new unit is immaculate! And I greatly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly and efficient service!
