I havent been here since the name change but dont expect much to have changed. You are going to get the experts taking care of you. I went for an inspection ready to pay whatever to fix whatever was wrong with my car. What I received was a straight forward assessment and no charge because nothing was wrong with my car. I brought my 99 civic to them due to having a bolt stuck in passenger tire and needed pulled/plugged. I called today and they had my car in and out in no time. Between the time calling to check availability and them finishing wasn’t 1 1/2 hours. They were beyond helpful & polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went to get the 25 dollar oil change, then when picking my car up they tried to charge me 50. I explained I asked for the deal from the sign and he said oh maybe they put the other stuff in it hold on. And then fixed it to 25.

I went to car ex for an oil change and asked them to check my tires BC my tire pressure light came on before my appointment. I went and they checked my tires said they couldnt find any air bubbles and I was OK with that. Mind you Im at this location waiting for 2 hours when I had an appointment.. I pay for my oil change, the guy at the desk gives me a discount Im OK with that... A couple days later Im headed to chicago and about 2 n a half hours in, my car tells me I need an oil change soon and Im only on 15 percent! So I check it, these guys charged me for an oil change that I had never even received!!! (no i didnt have any oil leaks) Horrible, charging for a service I had an appointment for and was never even taken care of. Very bad experience from this placeNot to mention the guy at the counter telling my boyfriend he wouldnt want a job with all these locations of car ex because the owner of those locations doesnt like black people!

I had a low tire and was struggling to getAir in it do to the length of my valve stems so I stopped in and David took the time to fill them up for me no questions asked.

Great service!Ive brought three different vehicles here to have various things done and Ive always had good service.I like the fact that they will send you photos and comments in an email to show the progress of the vehicle.Their alignment is one of the cheapest around and always do a good job showing exactly how far out it was and where it is now.

While traveling to Ohio we got a flat tire on our Suburban. I was on my way back to our hotel to pickup my wife and kids before we had to check out of the hotel when I noticed that the front tire had almost no air left. I stopped on Jeff Pohlman tire while pulling a 12 trailer and was unsure if they would be able to repair the tire. Not only did they repair the tire, they did it very quickly. I am very grateful to them for taking care of me so quickly and getting me back on the road.

Dont come to them with anything too complicated.Brought my Pathfinder in for a few different things: Shift lock gets stuck in park.Radio has power but no sound or signal.New exhaust.They installed the new exhaust fine but didnt know what was wrong with the shift lock so they just told me to replace the whole thing. They also told me they fixed the radio but they straight up just didnt. idk if the guy just wasnt listening to me when I described the problem but I got my car back with 2 issues unresolved.

I had a tough electrical problem so I thought it would be difficult to diagnose. Pohlman Tire did a great job. Most important, they are very honest to work with. They have my auto business going forward.

My Spouse had taken a car in for an oil change and tire rotation, we suspected the tires had not been rotated but they assured us they had done it. So before I took my car in today I used a permanent maker and numbered each tire above the valve stems. After I paid the bill I went out and the tires had not been rotated. I went back in to let them know. He basically said ok Ill talk to them about it but did nothing to resolve the issue. I had to ask him to make a note of it on my paperwork so i could get it done in the future. This place has great reviews so MAYBE it was unintentional.
