They are a family business that I was told was struggling to make ends meet so Im not surprised of my interaction.I bought a car from them and was told I had a 6 month warranty for anything wrong.I was FIVE MONTHS PREGNANT when they told me this car is fully functional and up to date without anything wrong.I soon came to find out there was never any work done to the car to keep maintained right and they sold it to me anyway. When I went back at the 4th month after spending 1200 of my own money to fix, Simon rudely responded and said that I only had one month for a warranty and they could not do anything to help me EXCEPT charge me 95 to see what was even wrong with the car, and depending on the work would charge me 95 an hour. When they take FOREVER anyway. They take long to stack more money on your bill ladies and gents.DO NOT GO HEREDO NOT BUY VEHICLES HERE.THEY DO NOT FIX THEM. They only make them sustain until you go back to spend more money.

Wonderful service, very friendly staff, great prices and reliable service. Lee and Simon stayed after hours to finish my car, took extra time to inform me what the problem was. I had my 15 month old with me, Simon entertained her when I needed to make a phone call. Provided activities to keep my daughter entertained. They took extra time to explain why the lights were on in my car and when and how they would go off. I would recommend them to everyone. Not going anywhere else, the staff and services are the best I have gotten in a long time. Plus they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need they were honest not like some of these other places.

This place is great!! Great prices fast service and honest about what needed to be done and what could wait.. Lee is a stand up guy. The whole staff was very friendly.

They dont like it if you get anywhere near the doors to see what are (and are not) doing to your car. The whole family is there, babies to grandparents. They spend a good amount of time socializing and taking care of family matters before they consider working on the car. They upped their oil change prices about a week after they opened, but still advertise crazy low prices. Charged my nephew $180 to change transmision fluid and filter on a Saturn. Not that they wouldnt charge you close to this someplace else, but they have no machine, they just drain and refill. They make you wait over 3 hours to do this 15-20 minute job while they wander in and out of the building.

If only I could give no stars......from the moment you walk in you know you are in trouble. The lack of professionalism is astounding to say the least. The mechanic was clueless about how to replace my air filter and made a mess of my car changing my oil.

Really good mechanics

Horrible horrible service. While my car was waiting to be serviced a worker backed a car out of the bay and hit several cars mine included. The owner instead of apologizing or seeing if we are ok since I was sitting in the car at the time it was hit.. yells and storms off gets into his car and drives away screeching tires and all. The son takes my vin number and additional info. I received a voicemail from him so that we could arrange for my vehicle to be repaired from the damage it received. I called back and was told that he was waiting for a quote. I continued calling and stopping by the shop. I was given the run around and told that the owner was on his way back from the city. This is absolutely ridiculous, for me to be the one chasing them to fix my car. This incident occurred in April of 2017 and I STILL HAVENT HAD MY CAR REPAIRED!!

Beware!!! they dont offer printed receipts so you have no idea what they did to your car until you find out the hard way. I drive 50 feet and my car was bucking...they have kids, straight out of boces auto school (well it looks like that to me)-- who dont know how to reset an oil change light...they might seem affordable, but at what cost..?!?!..low skilled auto mechanics. Stay away!!!

I want to say thank you to lee, simon and team for all of their help in my car nightmare today. Your professionalism, hospitality and friendly manner made it all worth while. Where most places would have had me wait 3 days to service my car lee and his team stayed until dark to service my vehicle. The price I was given was a great deal for the amount of work done an time it took.👍Throughout the repairs I was informed of everything that was going on. I was even shown the faulty parts and explained what was wrong. Simon was a sweetheart. He kept me company while I waited and shared pizza with my daughter when she got hungry. At the end of my service I left feeling happy and greatful with the work that was done. This establishment is everyone womens dream when it comes to auto repair. So if your looking for friendly, professional, outstanding customer service and unbeatable prices this is definitely the place to go. Thank you again guys.

Im not one to write bad reviews, but damn whoever worked on my vehicle did a horrible job. I went in for simple oil change and break pads, was told 20min so cool ok and almost 2hrs go by and finally done (sucked to wait, but whatever I was going to write 5 star review just for how nice the man in front was). So first thing I notice the mechanic left his dirty oil rag in my car, but I shrugged it off then I get about a mile down road and my vehicle starts to shake like my tire was going to fall off. I had to pull over and drive 10mph home. I get home and check the lugs to find they werent tightened all the way i fixed it and went for ride and still shook bad so im forced to now check the work to find out the pads on one side WERE PUT ON WRONG causing only one pad to touch making my wheel go crazy. I fix it and find a cap from one of the oil bottles they used burning on the manifold. THEN my wife takes 2hrs away and keeps smelling smoke and checks under the hood to find they never put the damn oil cap back on! All of this combined is forcing me to leave 1 star. To think I was gonna bring 2 more cars to them next week! Not a chance now I should be refunded for having to fix their work.

I have been at this place. About 2 times. And every time i have went in there it smeeled like pot. And it appers that they are high while they are working on any car. And i have had to bring it to another mechanic because my car said change oil. And Come to find out my fillter that they charged me for was never changed when i went back to discuss this with 1of the guys there. They said whats to say u even went somewere else. And i showed him the recite he said any 1 can print that out. I said i want my money back. And i belive his namewas simon told me. I dont think so honey. And while also in front of me as a customer arguing with his mechanics and belittling them on both incounters this is no way to treat a customer. Or a employee if i was the employee i would have quit

Sign on road said $12.99 oil change. 4 cylinder conventional oil. I brought my car in ( 4 cyl - conventional oil) and was charged $19.99. Look I dont mind paying $19.95 for an oil change, but isnt that a classic example of the illegal practice of bait and switch? Needless to say I would not return.

Went there almost 2 and a half months ago cause my friend bought me a used car from this garage and Ive been sitting here waiting for 2 and a half months for them to put a new motor into the car they sold me with a very bad motor me with a very bad motor in it . . And the Old Jeep that Im currently driving they did something to it to make the motor misfire cause they wanted me to get it to them for free .
