I have a newly purchased used truck, in which I couldnt get the key out of the ignition. Here on vacation and Andrew and mechanic David helped amend the situation until I got back to NY where the truck will b repaired under warranty. Andrew fit me in and refused to charge me bc he could not guarantee the work. An awesome man and the men who work for him! Sadly, its hard to find such people these days! Thank you!

Friendly service done correctly and fair prices

Took my 2016 Kia Forte to another local place and they were unable to help but recommend Johnnys. New to the area was nervous but the customer service was simply and to the point. They went the extra step to get my car there for me, kept me updated, and gave me a good detail of what was wrong and how they fixed it. Having replaced a fuel pump myself before, I know the time it can take and cost and their price was spot on with no over charge.

Saved my day!!! Johnnys Getty has always been known for excellent, reliable service at very reasonable prices. My grandfather Myles Standish used to turn to an older generation of Johnny starting back in the early 70s when they both lived on Smithfield Drive to fix his beat up Mercury outboard on his Bondo-patched Boston Whaler sport fishing boat the Mayflower and Johnny always miraculously got it back up and running like new. Almost half a century later I came by the station with a fuel funnel stuck deep in the gasoline back flow preventer of my Mustang after having visiting a few shops that couldnt get it out. Without any wait time for service, Steve had the funnel out in a matter of seconds. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me with a smile theres no charge for that boss. I will definitely be going back for ALL of my automotive needs. Thanks guys.
