How refreshing! Steve was very open and honest and communicated with me fully on what needed done and what didnt need done. I had my van at the dealership for 3 weeks, all I got was a huge bill and told nothing was wrong. Steve was the opposite, he diagnosed and fixed the problem with my van within 48 hours at a price that was more than fair. My engine was complete locked up and done for. Madison Auto Group was able to find a new motor, at a great price, the day I had my car towed to the shop. The guys there were able to get a new engine shipped to the shop and put into my car in less than four days. My car runs great and I didnt pay and arm and a leg to get it back and running. I recommend Madison Auto Group to everyone looking for great service and reasonable prices!

Knowledgeable, fair, quick service. Parking lot is too small for the business they do. I think that is because everyone knows how reliable Steve and the crew are.

Always fair. Talks to you about options and cost before digging in to deep. Very exerienced with great knowledge. I take all my cars there for any reason that calls for an expert.

Hard to reach by phone but the work is impeccable. Employees are helpful and honest.

Good service and price

I havent been here yet, but Steve the owner is recommended as an expert car mechanic. I plan to get a safety inspection. Stay tuned for my report and on site pictures.

Had my car for months, and when I finally get it back from them the problem was just masked and not truely fixed, and I eventually had to pay another shop $700 to actually fix what they didnt. And it took them 3 days.
