My computer was running incredibly slow due to age. I was in the process of pricing a new one, but after talking with John he thought he could just upgrade some parts for much cheaper. He was true to his word and had it done very quickly. The computer now works great. He was very knowledgeable and his prices were extremely reasonable.

I just needed to use a printer since mine broke and couldnt send my forms out to anyone, due to technical difficulties. John was super down to earth and explained in depth what the issues could be, I was finally able to print out important documents I very much needed. I highly recommend.

I called John and told him my laptop computer was randomly freezing. After asking a few questions, he said the problem was most likely memory (RAM). He replaced the 4 GB of RAM with 8 GB.
