The owner, Jerry, has been in business for a long time, and his knowledge and experience shows itself through the quality of his work. I have not been into the shop but I met two of the owners grandsons! There was a terrible accident in the area and one of the grandsons went over like others who witness the incident to help out! They were so kind and caring. The grandson I was talking to I want him to know all cards were passed out and I hope they get even more business. Praying that the lady in the accident is alright..

To start ... Import cars are always expensive to fix. I trust R Js Import Auto Service to fix what needs fixed with no other BS. My sons BMW 328x is in good hands. The dealer was 5x more expensive!!

Took in for a suspected front seal leak on a transmission which the car is known for. Not only did they fail to identify if it was the front seal leaking they came back with your transmission has an internal leak. To that they said it needs a new transmission Well the transmission works fine if I fill it up and dont wait for it to heat up to the point where it starts leaking. A new transmission for a leaky seal? When it was all said and done they charged me over $80 to tell me something I already knew! Before I dropped it off I emailed the owner to tell him what was wrong with it and that normally I would fix it but I just do not have the time right now. I guess he failed to tell his team hey this guy works on his own cars and doesnt have time to do the work but dont try and tell him he needs a new transmission for a leak. Anyway i will not be back and I suggest you avoid. Places like this give mechanics a bad name.

Jerry is the best. Helped us out of a major jam driving cross country. Gave us a loaner to take into town although he fixed it so fast it wouldnt have been necessary.
