Worked out good.

I use to take three vehicles there. That is until they left my ball joints lose after changing my shocks tie rod ends lose and tire. He use to have awesome help there. I took my cars there when I didnt have time to fix them. That is until I had noise coming from my car so I checked it out. You would have thought would have said sorry or gave me some money back. Nope not a thing. So car owners beware your in for a scare....

Quality work at very affordable rates. I was told I needed over $1,000 in front end work. They had me repaired for under $200. No more problems I highly recommend this place, its hard to find honest mechanics and these guys are them

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had to take my car back SEVERAL times to fix something that I paid to be fix. They “forgot” to put in a headlight. They put in a thermostat on my car backwards. I had to pay ACE Auto $200 to correct it! I went back to trackside to show them the receipt from ACE auto and they said they wouldn’t give me the $200. Then asked for my receipt. Which I didn’t have on me at the time. I asked did they have it and they said yes! So I asked can you just look it up. He said no and that it wasn’t his responsibility to have the receipt! I told them it wasn’t my responsibility to bring my car back 4-5 times and pay someone else to fix work I already paid for. I told them they were taking advantage of me because I was a woman and that they wouldn’t want their mother, wife, sister and is daughter to be treated this way.Don’t take your car here at all!!I only gave it a 1 star because I didn’t have a choice. Zero stars from me

I was referred to Trackside by a friend of mine who had work done there because a former bouncer was working as a mechanic there. Josh took his time and went through each problem I had given him to check out and replaced a bad wheel bearing, which was actually the one I had just gotten replaced, so he had to switch the new part to the opposite side since we both thought it was the passenger. Now, yes, it does look a bit rough on the outside, but the mechanics that are employed here actually do care about your vehicle and will go through it with a fine toothed comb and let you know what absolutely needs to be done and what you may be able to wait on it you cant do everything right away. He showed me everything that he told me was bad and why it was bad before returning my vehicle and even worked on it once the actual shop was technically closed at no additional charge. This place is truly a gem in Michigan City, I will be going here for any repair work I need from now on!! Thank you Trackside and especially thank you Josh!

The owner is a liar and a cheat who takes advantage of seniors. He is NOT affiliated with the BBB. Does not keep his word. Will not return calls or fix the car correctly. Just a rip off artist.

Took my truck there for a 4 hour job.....a week later cant speak with owner or mechanic and truck still there.

Trackside really messed up my car, broke down on me on my way home from the shop and the guy that runs it,said if I bring it back he will have it towed. What kind of business is that after I paid 700 . They will see me in court. My advice and experience, do not take your car to a place where cant get in the parking lot. Court date coming soon fellas
