I love the people and have done a lot of business with them. But I just got 4 tires for my truck. I took them in off the truck. I was charged 80 dollar for labor. I cant believe it and I can not go back they are just too expensive for me. To me that way too much to replace 4 tires and balance them.

Friendly Staff! They helped me out in a jam and were extremely kind. I recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Two were for oil changes and one was for a slow leak on a tire. All three times, we were told that our car would be done at a certain time. All three times, our cars were not done. As a matter of fact, when we went to pick them up, they had not even been started. No apology, no concern that they did not have them ready when promised, no concern that we were inconvenienced.

Friendly and intelligent hard-working guys, had great and speedy service. Best experience so far from a locally owned small business. Will be back for future service if and when we need it!

I recently brought my car to John and Maria at OBriens for an issue that one area dealership could not figure out. The dealership was stumped by the problem after several visits and offered me guess work solutions that did not ultimately fix my car. After bringing it to OBriens John was able to solve the problem and now my car is running great. Not only did he solve the problem, but he did so in an honest and forthright way. John asked me questions to get to the root of the issue, and he and his team used critical thinking and reasoning to ultimately figure it out. I dont know very much about cars, and that can make the process of going in for repairs a stressful one, but with OBriens I was comfortable with the entire process. I could tell that they were being transparent and honest the whole time. They didnt pressure me or make me empty promises. I could not be happier with everything they did for me.
