My truck wouldnt start. And I needed it towed home. They came on time and towed it home. The driver was great and helped out even at night time. Definitely will be my first choice next time I need a tow.

These guys got me out of a pinch when I got stranded on the highway without a spare last weekend. From initial call to drop-off at a nearby tire place, it took Moores less than one hour to get me going again. So grateful to this company and the driver who rescued me for making it fast and easy.

I LOVE these guys! I was on vacation with my kiddos and ended up with a flat tire. They promptly found me despite not knowing where I was located, took me and the kids to the mall while they fixed my car, picked us up within an hour to take us back to my fixed vehicle. They were a HUGE blessing when I was having a rough morning. They went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. I don’t live in Indiana but if I’m ever in the area and need help I’ll be sure to call them! They also didn’t charge as much as I expected so I’m grateful for that! Me and the kids ended up being able to finish our vacation quickly because of their kindness! Thank you again!!!

Went a few days back to get my exhaust repaired on my car, they told me to come today Thursday 3/12/21. I get there at 8:10am and they tell me the person isn’t there to fix it so they can’t work on my car. Mind you I came from a far distance. I’ll never go back there again because not only was it a waste of time, I could it went somewhere else during the time I waited to actually find someone who can fix it

Had an excellent experience with Moores. Got me in right away for a brake problem, and took care of a complication immediately. Reasonably priced as well. Recommend!

Stay away. They tried charging me for a diagnostics that they didn’t even finish. They did the pre diagnostics then told me to take my car somewhere because it was too much to fix. So I ended up finding a real mechanic who showed me what a real diagnostic test is, then fixed the blown coil and I was driving my car that same day. When I confronted the owner he was courteous and apologetic and assured my money would be refunded. The money was never returned to my account and when I went back they said they had a receipt that shows it was returned. These people are all lethargic, condescending, and take no responsibility. Any positive reviews of this place are fake or the people are just too dumb to realize how bad they’re trying to bend you over. Also the old man should invest in some denture glue because they aren’t supposed to keep popping out of your mouth...

The most unscrupulous shop i have ever dealt with. Was qjoted $88 to replace a starter wben i opted to buy my own and not their double the price one they simplymade up the price gouge by adding it to labor bill. From the aging hippy mechanic to the manager: men without honor. Avoid this place or risk being swindled by these theives
