We had Paniccia Heating and Cooling Inc. come in to replace our old furnace and AC unit. When Mark came by for the quote, he was extremely thorough in explaining all the options and welcoming of any questions.Mark and his team were very courteous when working in our home. They arrived at the appointment time and got started immediately. They did a fabulous job cleaning the area up when they were finished. The team also answered any questions we had after installation.We will continue to use them, and we recommend their services to other.

The owner Mark is great to deal with and so are the technicians. They installed a new system at my home that works great and is very efficient. I have also used them for service at my business. GREAT place to do HVAC business!

This morning my pilot light was out and I tried many times to get it to work to no avail. I had a recommendation to call Paniccia. So I called them and they came within 1 1/2 hours. Came in,tested, told me a few things and an answered all my questions regarding my furnace. At first they would have to come back on Wednesday when part would come in. They were in touch with office and were told could get part locally. They were back in about 15 minutes and finished up. Good job! Nice guys! Thanks Nick and Matt.

Ive had panniccia heating and cooling out 3 times (2 houses) and they where very knowledgeable and timely with there repairs. blower motor in the furnace, capacitor in the condenser, and an entire condenser replacement and furnace repair (in the second house). couldnt be more pleased with the results. Compared to other companies there prices are fair. I would highly recommend at least trying them out!

I called for service on my furnace at 5:45 PM, the Saturday evening before Christmas. They returned my call within 20 mins. They were at my house in less than an hour after that. My furnace was expertly repaired and working in less than 90 mins. I was not happy with my previous heat/ac guy. I definitely found a new one. Mark was friendly and courteous. He has done work for my elderly Mom & Dad in the past and I would highly recommend them.Update Oct 2020: I had Paniccia replace the old furnace mentioned above. I was having my old basement replaced and Paniccia worked around my contractors schedule to remove my old furnace & ac the day before they started. This allowed us to have ac up to the last moment during a real hot spell. Paniccia checked in to see how my project was going and when the contractors finished on a Friday, they were there Monday to install my new furnace and ac. We couldnt ask for better customer service. We feel we got a great price also. Service and price was good enough that on our reccomendation my Brother-in-law also replaced his heat/ac system with them. These people do great work at a great price. You wont be disappointed calling them for service or replacement. Theyve done both for us.

The owner is sooo nice, and knows everything about heating and air! As he should of course. Everyone that works with him is sooo nice. They put up my dogs, and my messy house! They were incredible!
