Our boiler went out and being a blue collar family who survives but isnt rich it was such a blessing to find Doler Services to install a new furnace for us. We were able to make a payment plan and if it wasnt for them we wouldnt have a new furnace. They were quick, professional and did a great job! Cleaned up after themselves and furnace works great!
WOW! Very prompt professional service! Our central air went out and it was horrible! I called and Doler was at my house within the hour and fixed our unit so fast, had us up and running in 2 hours from the time I called them. I signed up to have annual clean & checks done on my furnace and central air. They actually care about people and will always do their best to get the job done.
I spent a lot of time researching last year when I needed a new system to replace our 25 year old one. Doler had the Lennox I wanted at a great price and installed it then. Last week on a Saturday in a heat wave they came out right away and fixed a problem with the thermostat connection caused by someone else that stopped the AC from working. They are my recommendation in this area.

Kevin Doler is wonderful. Very conscientious and a true professional in his trade. In a recent annual, routine, inspection Kevin found a cracked housing in the furnace and took his time to explain exactly what this meant. I had been told 6 years previously by another contractor that I had the same issue but they couldnt prove it (I did not get a new furnace then - scam job.) This time I could definitely see the crack while Kevin scoped the furnace. I am very comfortable that he will give me the best quality service possible. Dolers the best!!
We purchased a new Lennox Furnace and Central AC unit early winter 2017. Initially the installation took several hours to remove old Lennox system that was 1st installed in 1991, then to reconfigure and install new components.They only got the furnace fully operational when they left as THEY stated the furnace was more important at that time of year and to call them when were ready to use the AC and they would then come out and complete the Central AC unit and charge it.Well we called them on May 23rd 2018. They came out the next day and spent 1 1/2 hrs approximately and before they left it appeared to be working. But not true. The very next day after they were here we went to turn on the AC NO cold air came out at all. The inside temperature when 1st turned on was 82°. About 2 hrs later it crept up to 86°.We had to shut off the unit and called Dohlers who promised to be out Sat morning the 26th early. A no show. We got a call there was a stomach flu bug and another promise was made theyd be out the very next day, May 27th. Well May 27th over 3/4 done, there was no call, no show. Just as I predicted. If we get a call on TUESDAY May 29th Id be shocked. A business or reputable businessman should NEVER make claims/promises they can NOT or will NOT honor!The temperatures have been in the low 90s since Saturday and this makes a Chronically Ill and disabled person even sicker.I would NOT recommend this company at all.
They told me it would be a flat rate of $215 to fix a leaking valve. The price went up to $415 when he had to replace an additional 8ft of copper pipe. The job took less than 60 minutes. The plumber then offered me his card and said it would be cheaper if I called him direct next time.I called 3 times to question the bill but no one ever got back to me.I also had to have someone else come out and bleed the pipes of all the air from when they repaired it. It sounded like it was going to rip itself apart. Lazy and dishonest.
